We currently support patients in Virginia, Oklahoma, Texas, Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia, Minnesota, Arizona and Connecticut, with additional state coverage continuing to expand.
Services are tailored to each state's medical cannabis program. This includes Virginia written medical cannabis certifications, Oklahoma physician recommendations for OMMA patient licensing, Texas evaluations under the Compassionate Use Program and CURT, Pennsylvania medical marijuana certification, Ohio medical marijuana evaluations, and state-specific services in our other supported markets.
CannabisMD TeleMed currently offers $25 online evaluations in Oklahoma and $40 evaluations in Texas, Pennsylvania, Ohio and Minnesota. Pricing and program requirements vary by state.
Appointments are completed online where permitted under current state rules, allowing patients to connect with licensed practitioners through a simple and convenient process. Eligibility and certification decisions are made by the evaluating practitioner.

I love how easy it is to set my account and to schedule my appointment. I was able to get a same day appt for renewal and immediately received my confirmation of approval and my certificate the same day. The providers are extremely nice and knowledgeable about the process and informed me on what to expect next.

Yes, cannabis is recreational in Maryland (MD).
The benefit of a Virginia cannabis certificate is that it allows patients to purchase cannabis in Virginia at state-licensed medical dispensaries.
The certificate also gives patients employment protections (in most cases) if they have a valid medical cannabis certificate and use cannabis while away from the job and do not show up to the job impaired.
If you decide you want to get a Virginia medical cannabis certificate in the future please feel free to reach out.
