My second experience with this company and I have been pleased with the three pairs of shoes I have purchased. The only negative I experienced is difficulty getting information from shipping company about where package was was and when it would be delivered. USPS sent a couple of notices but when I tried to follow up with them they disavowed any knowledge because they said the tracking number was invalid. Very confusing.

I’ve worn the Canles Earthtreks for almost a year now and love them! My main goal was to find a barefoot shoe that had my foot close to the ground for stability, balance, and building better foot and leg muscle. They are great for that. I live in Florida and these are also thin and lightweight which makes them cooler and breathable. And they slip on so easy which really helps as a busy, on-the-go parent. Will definitely buy again.

Recibido mi pedido el 13/9, los zapatos no están en buenas condiciones, el del pié izquierdo tiene rascazos , rozaduras y ambos presentan aspecto como de haber sido usados. Uno de ellos con la etiqueta del número rota . Le envío a Canles las fotos del estado del calzado y hoy 1 de octubre recibo un nuevo par. Vienen empaquetados en una caja blanca sin ningún dato del calzado y en el propio calzado ninguna referencia a marca, sólo una etiqueta que pone fashion. Perecen comprados en cualquier bazar. Siento no poder enviar fotos. Francamente no entiendo cómo se puede saber si son los originales o una falsificación!! Tengo muchas dudas de lo recibido y no sé si debo usarlo o devolverlo.. me genera mucho inseguridad pues tengo problemas con los pies.

In September 2024 having seen adverts pop up online for Canles barefoot shoes I decided to take a risk and try a pair.
It was a bit frustrating having to wait 2 weeks for them to ship from China, but as soon as I tried them on I felt that I would like them.
My feet are fairly wide and I have an ingrowing toenail on each foot as a result of wearing conventional shoes that often pinch my toes.
These barefoot shoes are just so comfortable that I have worn them almost every day for the last 12 months.
It does feel a bit strange wearing minimal shoes like these but I soon got used to it and now I would be reluctant to switch back to regular shoes.
A month ago I ordered 2 more pairs (black/white) that were both the same style as my original ones, as the top of the first pair has a small hole in it, so that is now my shoe for using in the gym.
If you do have wider feet, I definitely recommend trying these.
Warning: I am a UK size 12 and I did try a pair of Purestep shoes recently, but they only go up to size 11 (in all styles) and I didn't think they looked as good.
I also love these Canles ones because I can just slip them on, no laces to tie and so far no damage to the heel where I pull it up over my foot.

Estoy acostumbrada a andar descalza y con otras marcas de calzado barefoot, sin embargo Canles provocó que tuviera fascitis plantar por la mala calidad del producto a los meses de usarlo. Dejé de usarlo y se me pasó al tiempo. No son fáciles de poner además, por lo que podría decir que tienen publicidad engañosa con respecto a sus ventajas.

The shoes I ordered were too big and I asked for a refund. Rather than return them, customer service suggested I donate them and then issued a prompt refund. So, can you trust Canles? YES!!! If they were the right size would I have kept them? Yes. Did I like the style? Yes.

The local delivery service was incompetent and returned the item to the warehouse. Instead of refunding my money the company claimed to have reshipped the item. More than a month later (I ordered June 19) I received a package delivered by a second delivery company. In the package was a cheap pair of women's trousers, and not my shoes. The delivery company put my label on the wrong parcel. I suppose someone else got my shoes. I have written to Canles, and have sent them a photograph of the mislabeled parcel, but I have not heard a thing from them. They finally resent the shoes, and I received them today, August 5,

I was very dubious over several areas regarding My purchase of Canles shoes. I was unsure about the style, the fit, and even the durability of the materials used in their construction.
I needn't have worried. As soon as I put them on, I knew they were perfect. The fit was unbelievable. Somehow, these incredibly light and seemingly fragile shoes, almost miraculously contoured themselves to the shape of My feet, and with only minimal contact they provided the same conviction as laces. I can honestly say that I have never enjoyed walking so much - it is an experience that has to be personally engaged to appreciate its sublime beauty - My words are totally insufficient!

I experienced top notch service when I ordered the incorrect size and needed an exchange.I have purchased often on line but am often left wondering why a company can't respond quickly to an email query. This company were great from start to finish by replying promptly,replacing the product quickly and keeping me in the loop. It is so rare to have service like this. The shoes are super cool — really strange-looking, incredibly comfortable, and super lightweight. I have no idea where they come from, but they arrived just in time for my holidays (about 10 days). I immediately bought another pair for my boyfriend, who tried them on and instantly fell in love with them. At first, I had some doubts after reading a few negative reviews, but my experience has been completely different. I’m very happy — well done!
