Wanting to exactly what a person feels thinks and will do in situations is extremely important and would say alot about the individual's character or lack of.

It was helpful for me to learn about myself as a team player an influencer it was good, except it seemed like it was quite a few questions and took a while other than that I enjoyed taking that experience
