Die Fahrzeug-Vorbereitung könnte besser sein
Wir nutzten schon öfter Fahrzeuge (RV`s) von kanadischen und amerikanischen Vermietern, darunter auch CANADREAM. Bei dieser Anmietung waren wir von der unzureichenden Vorbereitung der RV-Übergabe enttäuscht.
1. Eine große, dilettantisch ausgebesserte Schadstelle war nicht im Fahrzeug-Zustandsprotokoll aufgeführt.
2. Die Bodenwanne der "Garage" (hinten) war beiderseitig vom Fahrzeuggehäuse abgerissen und mußte auf unser Drängen hin wieder angeschraubt (Holzschrauben) und abgedichtet werden.
Schade!!!
Aber: Ansonsten hat uns das Fahrzeug auf unserer etwa 6.000 km langen Reiseroute nicht im Stich gelassen - keine weiteren Probleme

Five 🌟. Canadream Toronto helps us and fix things inside our Camper Van Deluxe. We start at Montreal Canadream. Then special thank at Toronto Canadream. They helps us twice. And give us a perfect RV. Also special thanks at Ludivine from Calgery from the office road assistant. Great Job.! We can recommend Canadream at any time. Great service. All they make a great Job.

Clean, reliable, knowledgeable staff
Reliable RV. Ease to drive, knowledge and pleasant staff.
Some hidden fees, like paying for pick up and drop off not during "free times."
But renting this RV, Class C, has helped us decide on purchasing one for retirement.

Love everything about Canadream
The person who helped while picking up was super helpful and knowledgeable and the lady that helped us during our drop off was nice too. Overall, this location has the best employees and they will go out of their way to help you especially if you are new to this experience!

So happy our first ever RV trip was with Canadream
First time RV renters here, we really loved our Canadream experience! We booked online, then after we booked we had some questions and received excellent support via email, the customer service is really appreciated! The very kind lady helping us at the Brampton office made our day, she took time, was so friendly, we could ask all our questions during the walk through we booked. I forgot your name I'm sorry, but I loved your nails and your kind smile ;) we hope to be back soon and will definitely book again! 10/10 experience for us, Thank you!

Fantastic experience
Easy reservation process, helpfull staff and brandnew campervan (54 kms).
The only problem for us was not to be able to make the final payment by credit card via a link.

Great Experience!!!
We had such a great experience already using Canadream! We were helped by Markus today in Toronto who was extremely nice and helpful, he had great customer service! Not only did he answer every question we had but also made us feel welcomed. We were nervous going into Canadream since we booked using a third party, but this has been the best experience we’ve had. Thank you!!

What a great experience! The staff, the RV, and the trip were all once-in-a-lifetime experiences. But we can't wait to do it again! We enjoyed ourselves so much and would highly recommend renting from CanaDreams! They are a professional organization that takes care of everything and is very responsive to any questions or comments before, during or after the trip.

Un magnifique voyage en famille
Un voyage de deux semaines en famille qui a été vraiment une super expérience. C’était la première fois que nous utilisions un camping car et tout a été mis en œuvre pour qu’on se sente serein.

14 Tage sind wir knapp 3000 km
Mit dem Wohnmobil gereist.
Toronto Kingston Ontario Montreal Quebec Algonquin Park New Hamburg Niagara Fälle haben wir besucht. Eine wunderschöne Zeit mit vielen Erinnerungen und unglaublichen Eindrücken.

Our holiday was a (Cana)dream
Wir hatten einen wunderbaren dreiwöchigen Trip durch Kanada.
Die Abwicklung mit Canadream lief einwandfrei, als wir einmal Hilfe brauchen half uns der Kundenservice sofort. Das Wohnmobil war top und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt und die Mitarbeiter waren alle freundlich. Wir freuen uns jetzt schon auf unseren nächsten Urlaub in Kanada. Das Wohnmobil werden wir wieder bei Canadream mieten!

The camper was in a good technical condition. Fuel consumption is to high 24 l/100 km. A diesel engine should be better.
