Our holiday was a (Cana)dream
Wir hatten einen wunderbaren dreiwöchigen Trip durch Kanada.
Die Abwicklung mit Canadream lief einwandfrei, als wir einmal Hilfe brauchen half uns der Kundenservice sofort. Das Wohnmobil war top und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt und die Mitarbeiter waren alle freundlich. Wir freuen uns jetzt schon auf unseren nächsten Urlaub in Kanada. Das Wohnmobil werden wir wieder bei Canadream mieten!

The camper was in a good technical condition. Fuel consumption is to high 24 l/100 km. A diesel engine should be better.

A gratfull holiday
We had a good feeling from the start. Communication was precise and, above all, always timely. The handover went smoothly and the return was also perfect. One broken chair on board, a short chat and the problem was solved.

Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden
Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Stress hatten wir allerdings mit der Rückgabe des Fahrzeugs. Es muss bis 9 Uhr entsorgt zurück gegeben werden. Es wäre super wenn man die letzte Nacht auf Ihrem Gelände verbringen könnte und das Fahrzeug auch vor Ort entsorgen könnte.

Freundlicher Service - wenn auch eingeschränkt
Dass der Kunde immer mehr Aufgaben übernimmt, die früher das Serviceteam für ihn erledigt hat, gefällt uns nicht so gut - ist aber wohl eine unumkehrbare Entwicklung (nicht nur bei Canadream, sondern in jeder Bank, jedem Supermarkt, jedem Verkehrsbetrieb, sogar beim Staat).
Immerhin sind noch ein paar echte Menschen an den Standorten beschäftigt, die freundlich und kompetent auf die Kunden eingehen.

Well maintained car
Well maintained car. Everything was very clean. The car was easy to drive, no any issues. This type of RV doesn’t have much storage space. When pick up the car, carefully check the previous damages. I found several windshield damages which were not marked on the documents.

Ich bin 2,5 Wochen mit CanaDream unterwegs gewesen vom 17. September bis 03 Oktober 2024.Ich habe volles Vertrauen in CanaDream, wo nur das Besten für die Gäste gemacht hat. Gutes Team, sehr gute Beratung und dss Wohnmobil war in einem top Zustand und hat einwandfrei funktioniert. In dieser Zeit hatte ich so viel Spaß und viele Erlebnisse in Kanada, ich hoffe das wir uns in Zukunft wieder sehen werden Dankeschön canaDream
