Communication at every stage was great, also simplicity of ordering, and the delivery team were great. Would highly recommend Canadian Spa. And of course over the moon about our new hot tub!

Courier had a bit of an issue, Canadian Spa stepped in and arranged a fast re-delivery. The product is excellent, with a unique sloping profile so it doesn't trap rainwater. Also nearly £100 cheaper... Zobacz więcej

Great products, amazing customer service

Great products, amazing customer service. We had an error with an order, but was corrected very quickly and a new part sent and delivered with in 24hrs. We upgraded from the typical blow up hot tub, to the swift and from start to finish this company have been great, even helped with replacement parts 7 years after original purchase. Will definitely use again when we are ready to upgrade again.

Wrong order

I ordered some items on Amazon through Canadian spa,
I ordered the wrong parts due to poor information on the website.Fair enough, after speaking to an employee, they informed me,
I had to cancel the order, send the parts back and re_order.
All went smoothly, si, I would highly recommend Canadian spa
