I needed a repair part and was not 100 percent on the correct item, the customer service team assisted me, the item arrived within their specified delivery shedule, i fitted the part, correct i might add, and saved a packet compared to the quoted repair cost, will definatly use again, great service. We're really sorry for letting you down on this order. After looking into it, one of our alkalinity booster products was changed over to a new SKU, and that held up a number of orders, including yours. That was our problem, not yours, and you shouldn't have been left waiting because of it.

Excellent Customer service, and good quality product.
Courier had a bit of an issue, Canadian Spa stepped in and arranged a fast re-delivery. The product is excellent, with a unique sloping profile so it doesn't trap rainwater. Also nearly £100 cheaper than the replacement lid offered by the hot tub manufacturer.

Great price and quality
Unable to purchase a bundle which included steps and chemicals but happy with price and quality of the product . Easy to set up although struggling to get water right . However it has not stopped us and our grand kids enjoying time in it . I would recommend them

Sorry it hasn't met expectations. The thermal blanket is a bubble material by design — cut to your spa's exact water surface and laid bubble-side down under the main cover, it traps the steam and slows evaporation, which is where the heat goes between uses. It's there to help the heater hold temperature rather than raise it. If it isn't sitting flush or you'd like us to take a look, email us at service@canadianspacompany.com with your order number and we'll help.
