We had such a great time at Camp Kindling with our 3 kids under 6! The festival is brilliantly put together with so many amazing activities to keep little ones (and parents!) entertained. Highlights for us were the tree climbing and the stomp music session – the kids are still talking about them! The atmosphere was really friendly, and the whole idea of being put into different teams added an extra layer of fun and excitement to the weekend. Such a memorable experience for the whole family. Go Squirrels! 🐿️

We’ve just completed our Second year and what a fun, safe and clean vibe! We absolutely love it! It really is a place to connect as a family. The activities on offer provide our kids opportunities they don’t always get- like beekeeping, climbing the tree, bungee ropes. Not only is it adventure by day, the vibe at night time is fantastic. There is something for everyone- with the kiddies in mind! Games, discos, dancing, comedians, chilled areas- there is something for everyone. The site is in the forest- making it a perfect place to enjoy- whatever the weather. It is super clean and the toilets aren’t your typical festival toilets, staff are super friendly and I highly rate camp Kindling for families. We are a family of 6, kids ranging from 0-12, and they all love it! We can’t wait to go back next year!

Solo parent of a 4.5 year old, well run, efficient and friendly yet within the parameters of relaxed and enjoyable.

Activities this year that were best received, nerf guns, waterside, African dancing, field games, grass sledging. Mask making and giant bubbles were also a big success!

2nd year attending and “we” packed better for food and clothes (and all the snacks!!) as well as less essentials (that weren’t really essentials. More of an idea of layout and weekend structure. Breakfast in the big tent, picnic lunch and then free for all after 3pm and evening meal helped keep my costs down. Food was reasonably priced.

As always staff were EXCEPTIONAL ! ! Friendly and on hand at all times, activities were encouraging and really suitable for everyone of all ages and ability (we only did the infant activities)

Team squirrel all the way this year and no doubt we’ll be returning next year

Camp Kindling (and it's Wildfire counterpart) are both so much fun, from opening ceremony to closing ceremony. Camp Kindling is great for kids and adults alike - the activities are fantastic fun, and the nighttime entertainment is good for all ages.

Took my two daughters (ages 10 and 12) for a weekend of fun. A refreshing alternative to the traditional festival providing a wonderful experience for the family to enjoy healthy activities together. Lots of opportunity to try out something new! Can be a bit disorganised at times but well worth it.

Until you go for yourselves you will never truly know the magic that is Camp Kindling!! The whole weekend is epic from start to finish. You can arrange everything at your own pace. The options for activities are amazing. There is always something to be doing, or you can chill out and just soak it all up. The best atmosphere, kids become kids again, adults do too!! Everyone and everything is a vibe. Camp Kindling 2026 pending!!!

Unfortunately we were unable to attend due to a family circumstance. Camp Kindling looks amazing however they were not helpful in helping us exchange our purchase or offer any type of refund. Granted their policy is clear in that they don’t offer any type of refunds after a certain time but even so I would have hoped they would look to be more helpful to families who have spent £1195 on something we can no longer take advantage of. The marketplace website they suggested using for exchanges was inaccessible and a waste of time. No humans able to help. A small gesture would have been easy for CK to offer and would have been hugely appreciated by us. We feel ignored. Disappointed to say the least.

Great family weekend! Family of 4 with kids age 5 & 3! Very easy weekend but prepare to be exhausted as it is so much fun.

4th time back at Camp Kindling! We love this weekend every year, fantastic place to spend time outside together as a family and try new skills and different activities. Our favourite was bee keeping!

The whole festival has a really friendly atmosphere and the added fun of being part of the squirrel tribe! There are lots of good food options, for adults and kids and the site is clean and safe.

We can’t wait to go back this year!

Fab experience my 3 year old is still talking about it!

Camp Kindling is amazing for families, It’s activities by day and party by night!! I personally booked the unlimited tickets which are more expensive but you do get the opportunity to book activities earlier than those who book standard tickets. We jam packed our days and in hindsight going back this year we are going to have more time
inbetween to just soak up the atmosphere and the interaction with other families. You can make it as expensive or on the cheaper side when it comes to food. You can cook your own or just buy food and drinks there. It’s super well organised and we absolutely loved it.

The only few things i would say is the onsite shop is daylight robbery. So take everything with you. We also choose to leave on the Sunday night after the final games and events. It was easy to exit as i assume on the Monday leaving is chaos.

I also booked the spa and massage experience and i wouldn’t do that again. It’s quite close to all the music and food areas so it’s not the peace and quiet you might be hoping for.

Other than that it’s a YES from me!!

Brilliant for families. The activities that were included were an absolute hit and the festival atmosphere was magical.

This is the ultimate family-activity weekend where all of the organisation happens for you. Easy to participate, kids had an absolute blast. I loved it as a single Adult.
