One star is too much. They suggest they are in London-wrong. The quality is awful and the fit dreadful.
I have raised a dispute with Mastercard.

This ficticious shambles of a company is ONLY interested in taking your money. The clothes are cheap, and very badly made and their returnms option doesnt exist.

Never use this company!! It is a total SCAM!!!

Clothes are poor quality fabric and cut. They are not made in London and they do not have a shop in the UK. I tried to return and get my money back, but they only accept returns to China and do not post for the shipping. Don’t do it.

Scam … set up again! The clothes are from China they take ages to arrive, they are poor quality and you can return them but it costs a fortune, so not worth returning.
It’s a copy of a St Ives shop which was also closing down … order 3 items at a knock down price and receive awful clothes from China. Do you research look on Companies house, check out the sizes available on items every size is available and multiple items too … i can’t find the shop in London either they are again taking us for fools

How the hack do they say Camilla's London and expected me yo pay for returns to China.

This company is a complete scam. I ordered two items which took a very long time to arrive. They were finally delivered screwed up in tiny bags and bore no resemblance to the original photos. Quality was absolutely awful. I complained, they asked me to send photos which I did and they now say they will only offer 10% refund and they don't accept returns. I am going to pursue this matter and I have threatened to show all their correspondence online. They are not from London, goods are made in China. Absolutely shocking

Terrible quality items which bore no resemblance in any way to the photographs or descriptions. Blatant misrepresentation . Also they pretend to be in London and are clearly not.

The clothes have gone straight to textile recycling - I wouldn't insult our charity shop with them Avoid like the plague..

I placed an order in March. According to tracking it was delivered on 3/31/25. I never received it. I contacted them and all they keep telling me is the are disputing with logistics company. I asked for a refund since the dress didn't come and even if they offered to send again(which they have not) it would not come in time. I requested a refund 3 times. I'll probaly never see my money. DO NOT buy from them

I have been their customer for years, but recently I made a purchase from their online warehouse sale and was extremely disappointed. They sent me a completely different color and print, a low-quality item at a relatively high price, and are refusing to issue a refund.

I ordered 3 items from an on line sale that Camilla had last August. The parcel never arrived at my home. After multiple emails to ask where my order was they agreed to send the items again. They never arrived. I asked for my money back but was told that they couldn't refund me because of the cost of postage they'd paid!!! All contact has ceased. Very very disappointed. Definitely won't buy a single thing from them again.

All of the previous reviews are the same as my experience, ridiculous policy on 14 day return, even over our Christmas period when i purchased extravagant gifts to find ill fitting garments not even matching their own measurements !!! So angry and stuck with high end to no end

A scam! Products never arrived email and website don't exist anymore

I had a deeply disappointing experience with Camilla’s customer service. My partner, who lives in another country, bought me a birthday gift—a jacket in size M. Unfortunately, it was much too big, so we requested an exchange for a smaller size (S). Shockingly, they flat-out refused, citing that the 14-day exchange window had passed, despite fully knowing that we were dealing with an international situation.

Their lack of flexibility was astounding—this wasn’t a request for a refund, just a simple size exchange. For a brand that positions itself as high-end, I expected far better.
My advice: only purchase from Camilla if you’re 100% certain about your size, because their customer service is non-existent. They won’t assist you at all, and they clearly don’t care about customer satisfaction. I, for one, will never be buying from Camilla again.

Referring to Camilla, the Queen married to King Charles, hope she gets an early GP appointment to get better soon ! But, it makes my blood boil to see her having the unique title of the Queen !! Charles was 2 timer from the time he got engaged to Lady Diana saying “whatever love means” Charles and Camilla are a damn disgrace to late Queen Elizabeth the 2!! Hopefully Prince William & Katie will MODERNISE how the Monarchy could survive in modern times to command respect!!

PAC Fair disgraceful customer service from older lady short blonde hair - told lies to get a sale - I should have gone with my intuition when I asked for smaller size - I tried returning it for a smaller size after a week of just looking at it in my wardrobe not feeling happy - she was very nasty about return policy - could have used better manners - don’t accuse young assistants of lying to get sales when that is exactly what you did lady!! Avoid this woman at all costs💯

I ordered a fluffy jacket which took 3 weeks to arrive!
The quality is so poor you wouldn’t even use as a dog bed!
Multiple emails sent asking how I can return this awful jacket because only short time to return,no reply and no correspondence on how to return!!
