I've been smoking for quite a few years and wanted to gradually move away from nicotine instead of trying to quit all at once. What I've noticed is that this has helped satisfy the habit of reaching for something without introducing more nicotine into my routine. I know that these are not regular vapes, and contain no nicotine, I do wish, however, that there was more of the vapor cloud when you exhale to make it even more so like a regular smoking experience. The flavor of the vapes are really great, I ordered three different flavors and I love all of them!

Strawberry Kiwi has a nice fruity flavor that's not overpowering, while Spearmint has become my everyday favorite because it's refreshing without being too strong. Every diffuser has stayed smooth from the first puff until the end, which hasn't always been my experience with similar products.

I have ordered from this company several times. It always gets here quickly and I know my order will be right. I love the iced latte. It is my favorite.

They responded within about a day with a detailed and friendly reply instead of just sending a generic template. They answered every question I had, explained the situation clearly, and resolved everything without making the process complicated. Good customer service is hard to find these days, so I really appreciated how easy they made everything.

Does seem to last past about 50-75 puffs ….. I enjoy them but for the cost and how long they last ….is not a win win

I was honestly a little hesitant about placing my first order because I had come across a few mixed opinions online. In the end I decided to try it for myself instead of relying on other people's experiences. My order shipped sooner than I expected, and everything arrived well-packaged with each diffuser sealed properly. I tested each one over the next few days and they all worked exactly as they should. So far, Lavender has easily been my favourite because it's smooth and relaxing. Overall, my first experience was much better than I anticipated and it definitely gave me confidence to order again.

I purchased Calm Puffs because the website advertised a “30 Day Happiness Guarantee,” encouraged customers to “Try Calm Puffs at home,” and stated that if I didn’t love how they felt, my first order would be refunded within 30 days. It also advertised “100% Happiness Guarantee,” “No risks,” “No stress,” and, on certain product pages, “No return needed.”

After using the product, I experienced migraines and developed a significant skin reaction. I contacted customer service expecting the company to honor the guarantee that influenced my purchase. Instead, I was told I was not eligible for a refund because the product had been opened.

My concern is that the advertising encourages customers to try the product, but my experience was that trying it prevented me from receiving the advertised guarantee. I believe consumers should carefully review the company’s refund policy and keep screenshots of the guarantees shown at the time of purchase. I have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Colorado Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division regarding my experience. Also, dispute it with your BANK. Take screenshots and print them and submit with your bank. They will approve you because they are false advertising! Take the time! I don’t want to but I am to protect other and to teach them a lesson.

I ordered 12 diffusers. When they arrived, fresh out of there little boxes, 6 diffusers tasted horrible and burnt. I emailed the company and they have done nothing to help. On their website it clearly stated a first time customer guarantee. 100% refund. When emailing the company, they said that due to a lack of physical trauma that could have been done when shipped, that Calm Puffs was only going to refund me 25% of what I paid. I screenshotted the page about the customer guarantee and policy and attached it to an email to them. That was yesterday morning. They’ve ghosted me now for 24 hours. I do not recommend this company. They are scammers and will only take your money for defective diffusers that taste burnt.
