The service was very easy to use from the United States to send a gift. I like that the gifts varied in prices. I would have given five stars if it had been delivered to their residence but because they had to pick it up they did not get the gift until after Christmas because the shop was closed. But otherwise a perfect option for sending a gift to friends in France and I will definitely use them again in the future. Merci!

Nous avons reçu aujourd'hui un colis de votre part, livré par UPS.
Nous sommes franchement consternés par la qualité épouvantable du contenu de cet envoi. Veuillez consulter les images ci-jointes qui montrent :
- L'état épouvantable de la boîte dans laquelle les articles sont arrivés.
- Une seule bouteille de vin a été expédiée, alors que deux bouteilles avaient été commandées.
- Le contenu de la boîte était sale
- L'emballage du bien était très endommagé
- L'un des paquets semble avoir été mangé par des rongeurs.
