Totally scam
I ordered 2 items for Shein .when I received them one is totally different color with the original picture and the other one was not fit as they gide in size chart .I tried to return them but surprisingly the site could not find my order. I tried all the way like by my phone number or my email but they couldn't find the order and even it is disappeared from my order history 🙄.I never buy again and this was a good lesson for me to do not trust to such a scam site again.

There is no customer support whatsoever. I keep contacting customer service but I never get an agent to talk to. I did not receive my package and tried contacting them 6 times now yet I still didn’t get any reply or refund. Poor customer service
If I could give zero stars, I would.
I have been a long time shopper at shein. Like long enough that i am considered a tier 3 VIP. And up until recently still supported them. For the first time I have had an issue with a shipment. There were missing items from my package. Contacting customer service was unhelpful. I was told I would be credited points to my account to repurchase the missing items. These items totalled about $70. The points i was credited were worth less than $1. Contacted customer service again. They told me to contact the shipping company. Which I have done. With no response.
Shein refuses to resolve the issue.
To top it off their products have went down in quality but huge price increase. They cap the coupons so you can only save a small amount now, where they used to be unlimited. The coupons also aren't nearly as high of a percent off as they used to be.
I can see why loyal customers are dropping off left right and center. Save your money. Shop elsewhere.

I live in a secure apartment building with cameras .I placed an order in EARLY November and delivery was to be Nov. 24 --28 . I did not receive a phone call upon delivery and apparently it was sent back to warehouse . I spoke with UNI delivery and was very upset because he said my parcel would be sent again and I would receive it within 24 -- 48 hours. . Now I STAYED in for 2 days waiting for this parcel because they were xmas gifts . I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PARCEL. My order # WAS GSHNPM28T002340 --- MY tracking # was JY24BD40U001097519 .I have gone to the bank and the monies were taken out . I want an immediate refund put back in my bank account. And the cameras will show no parcel was delivered OR left here. This left a bad taste in my mouth with your DELIVERY SERVICE and now I am finding out that more and more people are really dissatisfied with this company.

I placed an order recently. I received a completely different order. All clothing, I did not order clothing. They asked me to take photos of the pkg and all clothing codes, which I did along with photos of what my original order was. I have been getting the run around for two weeks. 1st they are sorry this happened. Next there is nothing wrong with the items I received. It’s as if no one is understanding my issue. They will not issue me a refund each day it’s another story. So now I have a bag of clothing that is not mine, I do not have the items I paid for and I do not have a refund.

Absolutely the worst company! I wish I could give it neg stars. I made a large order and received 1 item 2 sizes off, the other 2 items were damaged. The clothing was final sale and I had to reach out to do a return. The other items I was told to ship back for refund. They could not be combined. Because of this I was charged $9. After explaining this customer service still would not reverse the charge. I spent $9 to ship back items THEY SENT DAMAGED. Horrible company, I guess that is what you get for shopping over seas. I’m going to start buying in America now only. Awful customer service.
