I ordered 3 bottles of this. Upon receiving these I followed all instructions, however each of the bottles stopped spraying when still half full, plus no weight was lost. I emailed the company and they refused to give me a refund as they only give a refund up to two weeks after purchase. Not impressed at all!

I don't have a problems with these as food supplements per se - they are all commonly found supplements. I have a major problem with you making up fake sponsorship and publicity. I just want to return the unused ones. You can knock off others. The German production company is slick hence cost.

I would have chosen no stars if the option was there. I admit I am yet to try the product but my interaction with the company has bee very negative.
I accidentally ordered 2 and was given all the details to return 1 pack. All instructions followed but the items got stuck at customs in the Netherlands on 4th December. I was led to believe that customs would contact the company if there was an issue and unfortunately I believe they have not responded to attempts to contact them. So now it is apparently being returned to me and, because I do not want it, am now nearly £130 out of pocket
I did read reviews before I ordered and a lot of them did make negative comments about the returns process so it seems I am another victim of that process
