C3 Active Spray ist zu einem festen Bestandteil meiner Routine geworden. Ich bin immer wieder von der Qualität beeindruckt, sehr praktisch in der Anwendung und zufrieden mit dem schnellen Versand. Ich würde wiederkommen und wieder kaufen.

Love, love C3 Active Spray! I’ve been consistent for a few weeks now and it’s really helped me stay on track. I feel healthier, my cravings are more in control, and it tastes so good too. Still obeserving with my results so far!

Shocking customer service

Based on from 11th Nov'25 to today.
Didn't work at all. Used 1 so requested refund after the 14 days based on. the 90day money Guarantee.
This is when it all started to go wrong.
Firstly the said I missed the 14 days so couldn't return, so then I stated you have the 90 policy on your website which I then had to show them as they did not believe me. Strange considering it's their website.
They finally agreed & sent me details to return.
Address for Netherlands so had to find all the Countries rules, tariffs etc, mo help from the company at all & I had to pay for the return.
Sent then chased after the arrival date.
They said they hadn't received & they couldn't track it
Again no help whatsoever.
I managed to get an update from postal service saying not arrived.
Days later it was returned to me stating 'No such Address' found so couldn't be delivered
I contacted them stating what had happened & they finally said they would pay the refund.
I thought great all sorted but it wasn't
They stated they were refunding less than I paid because I received the item at promo price.
This was never mentioned at anytime before.
Another excuse to not pay the correct refund.
If you bought 2 items it was cheaper than buying 1 item & then buying another one later.
I purchased 2 items at reduced price each but now they want to pay me 50% of the cost of 1 item because of the original price for 1 item.
Have asked for Rules & Regs that state this as I have checked & there isn't any.
