I was very pleasantly surprised to find myself working with a business that really cared about the safety of my transaction. From start to finish, the work being done on an expensive pair of earrings was carefully explained. The individual I worked with, Jesse was in close contact with me throughout the process. Work completed on my item was very professional too. The earrings were returned cleaned and repaired. Tracking information was carefully monitored on the return of my item. It’s refreshing to find such a fastidious company to work with and I would definitely send them my jewelry again if the need arises knowing it will be taken good care of!

I recently moved to the states from Germany and was so distraught as the diamond on my wife’s engagement ring got loose and I had no idea where to go! It's the most valuable piece we own. BY VIVE delivered so much comfort at such ease and I am SO GRATEFUL to them.

I honestly didn't know much about jewelry repair but these guys made it simple. I had a chain that had broken and wasn't even sure if it could be fixed. Shortly after I sent a photo, Jesse gave me a call and explained how the repair would work. Now, I can't even tell where the chain had broken. These guys do high quality work.

BY VIVE did an amazing job with my earrings! I have already sent two pairs in and will continue to use them for more.

To be honest, I debated whether or not to give this company a 5 star review. I decided to give four stars because they did suggest a change once they received my ring in person. HOWEVER, they called me right away and explained why they recommended a different repair. Apparently after looking at the ring, the goldsmith said that while he could do a simple solder and fix the bottom of my band, he really recommended that the bottom half of the ring (shank) be replaced.

While it is not the most expensive thing I own, my engagement ring is by far one of the most sentimental things I have. Having moved all over, I did not know where to get my ring fixed locally. I could tell that one of the stones was becoming loose and wanted to get it taken care of quickly. I sent a few photos in and received a quote within a few hours. Jesse at By Vive explained how the process would work and specifically what would be done during the repair. I am so happy I found this company and will definitely be using them again. Thank you!

These guys do amazing work! I sent in an old chain that had broken and they had it repaired within 3 days. The chain looks as good as new and the communication was fantastic. Highly recommend!
