I wanted to take the opportunity here to thank the team for their excellent job of resizing my signet ring. This ring is significant to me and I am more than happy with the outcome.
Props also to the customer service for enduring my many questions.

My white Jimmy Choo was stained by a jacket rubbing on it. I couldn't believe they got the stain out. It looks like new.

I am so glad I decided to work with BY VIBE to recreate a sentimental ring that I have. First off, the ring came out even better then I expected it to. I really appreciated how the company kept me in the loop and had me approve the final design. Most importantly, the customer service was absolutely exceptional. I will definitely be working with this company in the future when I have another project for them. I recommend them for anyone who needs to repair jewelry, or even recreate an old piece. Totally worth it.

I was searching for a quality place to get a necklace gold plated. This necklace is very sentimental and I was very critical of where to take it. I found By Vive and had a call with them that layed out the process, timeline, and care they would provide. I got it back in a week and a half and I was amazed it looks amazing. I will certainly be using their services in the future and would recommend their gold plating to anyone.

The Silver smith made a custom brooch frame for my stone and the workmanship was well done except a minor issue which they will look into. I was heartbroken when my Christian Dior saddle broke. I spoke to Carlos from customer service (5 stars service!!!) and he assured they would try their best to fix it. And they did!!!
They also cleaned it and send it back looking almost like new.

Jesse and his team were extremely efficient in handling the repair of a vintage 18ct Gold Chain that I recently bought in Rome. The chain was returned within 5 days and after I inspected it couldn't see the damaged link the work of the jeweler was so good; I highly recommend BY VIVE for their professionalism and craftsmanship!
