They took my money and did not give me the product
I ordered and paid for 3 products in April. I only received 2 of the products. I left messages on the phone number listed by the charge on my credit card and you get a prompt to leave a message, you can never speak to a person and they never return your call. I sent many email messages, no response. They took my money and did not deliver the product. HORRIBLE customer service.

Service client totalement absent !! Après avoir du demander à plusieurs reprises mon etiquette retour , voilà maintenant 1 mois que j'attend mon remboursement. Une honte !! Service client fantôme , toujours la même réponse , je doute que quelqu'un de compétent les lisent . 106 euros à la poubelle puisque j'ai renvoyé les produits et je n'ai pas ete remboursée.

It is near impossible to reach customer service! I was sent the wrong item and have been attempting to reach them by email, as there seems to be no phone number associated with this company, for 2 months!! I have gotten a response asking if I wanted to return or exchange, then after I wrote them back- silence. I have followed up (or attempted to) with them multiple times over the course of 2 months to no avail. I have never ever encountered a company with this poor of customer service. It’s awful

Asbestos Free or Not?
I am concerned about a product that is no longer marketed by By Terry, but is still widely available online: Terrybly Densiliss Compact powder. The main ingredient is talc, a mineral that has caused concern about asbestos contamination. I have purchased this product on eBay. It is the genuine product manufactured by By Terry. Can By Terry verify the source of the talc and confirm that it is asbestos free and safe for use on the face?

I was floored that the response to my complaint wasn't a scripted auto reply. Instead it was thoughtful and acknowledged my disgruntlement at the discontinuing Baume de Rose La Creme Visage. I LOVED IT and haven't been able to find anything that worked like it for me. Plus they are going to forward my email to product marketing. I hope they actually do. I doubt my complaint will bring back Baume de Rose face cream, but their response went a long way with me. I love the BdR lip baum, P50, and foundation.

J’ai plusieurs produits de cette marque, et je les trouve tous incroyables ! Que ce soit pour le packaging ou le contenu, tout est parfait. La commande arrive rapidement, généralement sous une semaine. La qualité de leurs produits est vraiment exceptionnelle, et le rendu du Tea to Tan sur la peau est tout simplement incroyable. Je ne jure que par ça !

I spent $165 through ABC show and what a waste of money. Return policy sucks & waaay over priced. There lip care is the worst I have seen smells awful like some kind of chemical. I have to trash the whole thing, so I highly discourage getting there product. There are a lot of great products at Sephora not By Terry!
