By Teddy is an amazing brand so well made from leads collars bedding car seats blankets water bottles toys and even treats and much more the treats are amazing my Bella loves them she is fussy on treats I can’t say how wonderful well made and well packaged and fast delivery on the items I have received never an issue can’t wait for the next release lovely people to deal with to x

We have several By Teddy jumpers for our two-year-old Australian Labradoodle, as well as one of their puffer jackets, and we honestly couldn’t be more obsessed! The quality is genuinely incredible. Everything feels so well made, looks gorgeous on him, and is clearly designed with both style and comfort in mind.

He gets so many compliments whenever he wears his By Teddy outfits, and we’re constantly stopped by people asking where his clothes are from and telling us how cute he looks. The fit is also lovely, and they make him look even more adorable without restricting him when he’s running around or out on walks.

We absolutely love every By Teddy product we own and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for beautiful, high-quality clothing for their dog 🧸🤍

After a bit of initial miscommunication and a lovely chat with this company and I can say that I would happily purchase from this company again. They took the time to listen to me and resolved my return. I was gutted I had to return as I was very impressed with the quality of the product and hopefully can get Fudge something from you in the future.

I absolutely cannot recommend enough By Teddy! We have got so many products now because simply cannot get enough of their quality, design, how chic it looks, how easy it is to clean products, how durable they are! Quiet luxury for dogs with unmatched quality! Not to mention delivery is so quick as well, never had any issues!

I’ve been a customer of By Teddy for quite a while now, and I honestly can’t fault them. Over the past year we’ve built up quite the collection, including the Bouclé harnesses, collars and leads in Marshmallow, Chocolate and Midnight, the cutest Christmas jumper, the Studio harness and hands-free lead, a cooling vest and cooling mat (which have been absolute lifesavers during the recent heatwaves), a drying robe, settle tote bag and water bottle.

Every product has been beautifully made, feels high quality and is clearly designed with both style and practicality in mind. The Studio collection is especially stunning, and the hands-free lead has made our walks so much easier.

Delivery has always been quick and reliable, and on the one occasion I needed to exchange an item, the process was simple, hassle-free and handled with excellent customer service.

One of my favourite things about By Teddy is the community they’ve created. We even attended one of their organised dog walks, which was such a lovely experience and a great way to meet other owners and their gorgeous dogs.

It’s refreshing to support a small business that genuinely cares about its customers and their dogs. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend By Teddy to anyone looking for stylish, high-quality dog accessories backed by fantastic customer service.

Initially gave a one star. Since leaving this review on trust pilot they have responded to me quickly. Then after receiving the cooling mat and updating my review that it was not what I was expecting, they rang this morning. As they wanted to check in as they are a small company. The mat still is not what I was expecting. It’s not great at cooling them my dogs off. They have said they didn’t realise that the link for seeing when your item is being dispatched is not working, as it is still showing 34 days. They’ve also stated I emailed the wrong address and my messages also went into spam.
For the phone call and reply since leaving a trust pilot review of one star I have upped to 3 as other products I have bought have been good. And no problem. Can’t base my whole experience with the company and products with one item that’s it’s not what I was expecting, and perhaps miscommunication with emails etc. I did feel their pre-order was too long to wait. And maybe only supply stock they have.
Been waiting since the 2nd of May 2026 for a cooling mat. It is now the 8th July 2026.
I’ve emailed twice within the last 2 weeks as my patience has run out and it is still saying 34 days until posted. They have not replied to me.
I’ve also messaged on Facebook as well as emailed.
I’ve ordered before and this is my first problem, but it has put me of anything from them in the future due to the lack of communication and customer care. I was happy to wait for the pre order initially, but this is ridiculous to keep changing delivery time.
After leaving this review. That same day 2 separate people got back to me. And my cooling mat was sent out. This was happening anyway apparently as they just received the order through. I’m sceptical.
Now we have it, it wasn’t even worth the wait.
Looks ok. But does not cool down in anyway. I’ve stood on it and if anything it heats my feet up more. It seems to heat up quicker. Same with lying my face on it or hands or anything. I’ve put it over my bare legs and it’s making me hotter. So no wonder she has no interest and prefers her gel mats. Doesn’t seem like it will hold up to her digging it, for a comfy position either. Do not recommend this mat at all. Was hoping to use in her crate but I’ll stick with her gel mats.

I was really disappointed with my experience with By Teddy, especially considering they position themselves as a luxury premium pet brand.

I ordered a car seat which never arrived after chasing it up 3 times over 6 months, and while they have now offered to send another one, I would have expected better communication and service from the start.

My biggest disappointment, however, was their handling of a faulty harness. They refused to help because I purchased it around six months ago, despite the fact that my puppy has only actually been wearing it for around a month as he only recently grew into it. He weighs under 2kg and wears their XXS harness, so it has had very light use. I've also owned the exact same harness from them before without any issues, which makes me believe this is a fault with the product rather than misuse.

For a premium-priced product, I would expect it to last far longer than a month of light wear, and I was surprised to be told they couldn't help because they "can't determine how it has been used." It felt like my concerns were dismissed without any real investigation.

It's particularly disappointing because I've genuinely loved By Teddy products in the past and both of my dogs use their accessories. I hope they reconsider how they deal with genuine product faults in the future, as the customer service has unfortunately not matched the premium image of the brand.

Update: by Teddy tried to have this review removed. Again. Trust Pilot saw sense and overruled. Trying to get every review removed is not the way. Simply treat your customers right and respectfully and you’d get less negative reviews. I rightfully got all my money back via a Bank Chargeback. By Teddy didn’t have a leg to stand on with all my evidence.

Having had several of my truthful reviews of By Teddy removed from this platform by the retailer themselves all I will say is that the customer service is dreadful, accusatory, rude. Determined to find and fabricate any reason possible to not issue a refund. Returned the unfit for purpose sling without giving me a chance to send my videos of it being returned in immaculate condition. This company deserves to go out of business treating customers in such a disgraceful way.

I have several By Teddy products and love all of them. They are amazing quality and very stylish. I’ve found the customer service excellent and it’s so nice to be able to support a small business.

Have to say that I did have second thoughts when purchasing the puffer car seat as it is quite expensive but it is worth every penny, our Shih Tsu puppy absolutely loves it and I’m sure we will be using it for many years to come.

I was looking for an item which was out of stock and I received a very quick response through instagram. I chose a different item which was very kindly posted out to me next day delivery allowing me to enjoy my day off work with my new pup in his sling! Thank you so much for the excellent customer service. I will be sure to purchase more products in the near future. Sling was also made of beautiful fabric and I felt like my pup was safe beside me.

My parcel arrived opened, with one item missing on delivery. When I reported this, I was told I would need to wait weeks for an investigation before any resolution could be considered.

I also offered to return the other item at my own expense via Royal Mail, as their chosen returns method was not suitable for me, but this was refused because it did not follow their process.

What disappointed me most was the customer service. Rather than feeling listened to, I felt my concerns were repeatedly dismissed and argued against. At one point, the company even commented on how my email had been written instead of focusing on the issue I was trying to resolve.

My previous review was removed. If verification is required, my order number was 6269.

Overall, the handling of this situation has left me with no confidence in shopping with this company again.
