hatte einen rollator mit aussen bremskabel und bin ständig irgendwo hängengeblieben, vor allem in der wohnung, bei diesem passiert das nicht, da das kabel integriert ist im rahmen. wunderbar und die leichtigkeit, einfach klasse und super anzuschauen, ich habe türkis, tolle farbe. ein hingucker. und das leichte zusammenklappen, ein kleiner zug am sitz, schon fertig, passt auch in ein kleines auto.bin sehr zufrieden und empfehle total

I love the byacre rollators as the person who has to lift it in and out of the car and deal with other transportation hurdles. The actual byacre user in our family is much less enthralled. User weighs in at 105, and the ultralight is still too tippy for her, and now after two years the brakes have totally failed (were never confidence building). User feels safer with the Overlander and it is still easy for me to handle, but so many joints have failed I don't trust it. The crossbar fell apart and other screws came loose after only 9 months. Customer service mailed the parts, but now I still don't trust the Overlander, and customer service never acknowledged the manufacturing problem. Still, we are now going to try the Nordic. We've got 3 other brands of walkers that never quite fit the bill.

I have had several rollators previously and found that after a month or so stopped using them, they were either cheaply made aluminum or others were very heavy, difficult to fold and put in the car.
Along came Acre my new best friend. It’s light (carbon fiber), easy to fold and put in the car and gets lots of looks of envy.
Now I can’t be without my new friend as it makes getting around a pleasure.
Great work by the design team and for using light weight and strong materials.

I love my byacre, Sprinkles, she goes with me everywhere. I have Spinocerebellar Ataxia and being 45 and needing a rollerator makes byacre key.

My carbon overlander really travels easily over grass and uneven surfaces. I shall be taking it on its first trip abroad in September so am looking forward to an enhanced experience. The big, pressurised wheels make all the difference and the little lever by the rear wheel makes it incredibly easy to manoeuvre up a kerb.

With my ByAcre Carbon Overland I'm more sure and balanced while walking. So I can look around and enjoy the surroundings, the landscape, birds, nature,,, Instead of looking at my feet the whole time!

Great product, terrible customer service.

ByAcre All terrain Rollator is exactly as described in their website. Easy to use, right out of the box. Well constructed and sturdy. My husband at age 79 was very active, still snorkeling, and riding bikes, up until March 2025 when he had a stroke. This affected his balance, and caused him to fall multiple times.
The All Terrain Rollator has given him back the freedom to walk and exercise without fear of falling. The seat allows him to rest when he needs to. Looking forward to taking it on a cruise this fall, and going on walking tours on cobblestone streets.

WIr haben einen Rollator vor über einem Monat erhalten und uns entschlossen diesen zurückzugeben, da die Befestigung der Taschen nicht gut gelöst ist.
Bis jetzt haben wir kein Rücksendelabel erhalten. Von der Hotline werden wir vertröstet das diese vom Lager erstellt werden und dies umgebaut wird.

Beautifully designed and engineered — so light and easy to maneuver and transport !! It’s my mobility “Ferrari” — just had to get my head around using it !! A smart and easy move up from my cane — which I still use for short distances !!
I have CIDP, a rare nerve disease that impacts my lower legs/balance and hands/dexterity — over past 3 years.

I bought the collator for Dad (97) but I have spinal stenosis and cannot walk the length of our local shopping centre. Thanks to you, I can now go shopping, browsing and meet friends for coffee and that's when he isn't using it. I don't feel old using it, I feel younger coz I can walk with it and people go WOW! when they see me and my 97 year old Dad loves the reaction as he was always very stylish

Using this Carbon Ultralight rollator has been quite simply life changing. It is beautifully designed - both remarkably effective and aesthetically pleasing. Assist Mobility’s customer service is also excellent.

It is now almost two months since my scarlet ultralight rollator came to live with me here in Scotland. And what a delight she is! We have now holidayed together so I was able to walk over 8000 steps one day, which would never have occurred if I had been using my stick.
My friends will soon be sick of hearing me singing her praises but she is a life changer, for sure. A big thank you to whoever came up with such a wonderful piece of equipment!

I purchased a ByAcre Overlsnder 3 years ago when I realised that in my late 70’s I was not getting around as I used to. I had a mobility scooter for about 3 months before realising I was getting no excercise so I sold it and bought my ByAcre Rollator. Since then my life improved completely. I have just returned from 3 months in Vietnam. I am now an independent, 81 year old solo traveller who can travel anywhere as long as I have my Rollator with me for suooort. Age is just a number.

I was so hesitant to get a rollator as it felt like I was just giving up - was I EVER WRONG!!! My Overland (Astrid) has completely changed my life and brought me back from the depths of depression - I can walk long distances again!! And sometimes can manage little sprints with her! I cannot recommend this line enough! The vibration through the frame is so reduced - game changer!!

Jeg er en dame på 80 år, og jeg har haft mange rollatorer gennem årene – men ingen som min ByAcre! Det er ikke en overdrivelse at sige, at den har ændret mit liv.

Før følte jeg mig ofte usikker og træt, når jeg skulle ud at gå. Nu føler jeg mig fri igen. Den er let som en fjer, nem at manøvrere og så pæn, at jeg får komplimenter, når jeg går tur i byen eller handler ind. Det er ikke bare et hjælpemiddel – det er en trofast følgesvend, der har givet mig min selvtillid og uafhængighed tilbage.

Jeg kan nu gå længere ture uden at blive udmattet, og jeg behøver ikke bekymre mig om ujævne fortove eller smalle døråbninger. Den kører bare derudad, og den føles stabil og sikker hele vejen.

Havde problemer med at skifte en reservedel og ringede til kundeservice, hvor jeg straks kom igennem til en meget venligt person, som guidede mig igennem processen. Tak for hjælpen!

Having had Polio as a child I now use a rollator. I purchased the by Acre last October. Unfortunately I fall frequently and this rollator was totally useless as the brakes did not hold. I had two falls like this and once when with the brakes locked on and me sitting on it it moved away from me and I slipped off. There is no way I would recommend this for downhill slopes or ramps.
Contacting Assist Mobility was useless due to the passage of time. This occurred when a fall ended with a leg fracture and I was immobilised for six weeks.
I CAN however highly recommend a Trionic Walker. Heavier of course and much more expensive but safe as houses and you get what you pay for.
