Great customer service! GREAT product. My Mom refused a walker until we purchased this. We now have three.

The unit is excellent, easily managed, convenient and easy to use in restaurants and public places, light enough for easy placement in auto etc, and aesthetically very pleasing.

Goede klantenservice. Snelle levering. Prachtige rollators.

I do wish the handles would go up one more notch, my back starts to hurt. I can’t walk very far with it!

The ordering process was straightforward, we had the information we needed to oder the right size and delivery was prompt. We are delighted with the rollator.

I liked the fact that I could try the product for a whole month and then when I decided a different product would be be more appropriate to my needs, this was made possible without any hitches.

These are good rollators. The hidden brake cables are a key positive as is the weight.
Ensure you get right size. I got a smaller one that just about fits my 6' 2" height. Aim was/is to move on it in the house, get to car and 'walk' 10-20 metres with it.
The width ie; arm stretch is a bit narrow for my long arms. Can therefore feel a bit less stable for my tallness. Again, check the size, you'll want to feel safe and stable when moving. Kind of wish i'd tried the larger size but appreciate the nifty smaller size most (85%) of the time.
It folds so easy and is ergonomic for being in social situations: ie, in room with people (kids too!) it folds and is easily slotted to a side space that is less likely to impede others in the space.
It swings easily in a space when you need to turn and the pneumatic tyres are effective.

For the price it is a bit much but weight and 'fold easy' aspect makes it nearly worth it. Bit odd to spend so much and you don't get a lower back-rest for free with it, but given I don't mean to sit on it much It's ok.

If you're reading this Acre got a half price larger size one!?

These are cool and discreet. They take attention away from the hefty heavy rollators.

I had trouble with you delivering when we requested it.
We thought you had agreed to a date and then when I returned to my house it had been left overnight on the doorstep when I was away. The drawing on the box clearly shows what is inside.
I was lucky it was still there.

The byacre is just amazing. I can walk much faster than with my cane and my "cane shoulder" doesn't hurt. I love the light weight and that it is so foldable that it fits even in the smallest elevator.

Shipping was fast and I appreciate the Klarna option.

Recent issues with By Acre, I am delighted that By Acre have taken all my concerns on board and are replacing my rollator with a new one.

My Carbon Ultralight has given me back some independence. I have MS and need a rollator to get around. Other rollator were ok for getting around the house. But I couldn't get out of the house with them. They were too heavy and cumbersome. But the Carbon Ultralight is just that; ultralight! I can put it in the back of my car and head out on my own.
I recently purchased the Scandinavian Butler and love that for around the house.
