Buzz eSIM experience
Ordered 2 eSIMs for our children during our recent holiday to the US. Have also previously used them on our holiday last year. No issues connecting, they were online before we had got out of the airport. Our only minor gripe was the amount of unsolicited calls and texts they received on the temporary telephone numbers. The numbers had obviously been recycled a number of times and had been registered with businesses and loyalty programmes. Sometimes 10 or more calls a day and as many texts. Other than that, flawless.

Excellent company
This is the second time purchasing esim for the USA had a few problems installing it in phone but after contacting buzzesim and telling them the problem they soon had me up and running. Highly recommend them for buying esims. Excellent customer service.

My 1st eSIM and never again will I use the fiddly little odd piece that needs insertion …
So easy.
Great service and a real plus not only getting data but also voice / air time. Data was unlimited and my daughter was able to work and not worry about data limits. Used it in the US in a rather rural area . Sometimes it was slow in downloading but on average really ok. Can recommend

Brilliant, set up prior to holiday to Florida so the eSIM started to work as soon as landed. Unlimited data and US calls, totally recommend to anyone travelling to Florida.

Mixed Review
My review is going to be mixed, as on one hand it worked in both America & Canada as it should and was great for the price. BUT the amount of spam text, calls and possibly fraudulent was beyond acceptable. The number has clearly been recycled more times than I’ve had hot dinners. Apparently, via spam texts & calls money is owed, condos ready for viewing, loans available etc. So who ever had it before and before them etc must have been up to all sorts.
Would I use this company again…not sure, it’s a brilliant deal but all the spam is off putting.
Reply: I don’t need to ‘reach out’ as I know how to use my phones feature’s. There isn’t anything you could have done, the bottom line is you are recycling numbers so this is bound to happen. It’s also a common complaint with these eSIMs as reviews are stating.

Easy activation and bonus USA number
Used a Buzz eSIM with unlimited data for a recent 3 week holiday to Florida - easy activation on arrival and connected to the T-mobile network - used everyday for navigation and having an American mobile number to use while there was a real bonus when offering local services etc., Would not hesitate to use again and highly recommend.
