Activation, service and support all OK....this was my 3rd time....

Every time I use this service it is trouble free being a reliable service at a competitive price

I had some issues setting the esim up and had wrong activation date in but Eve was amazing and sorted it all out super quick for me

Used Buzzesim for two weeks whilst in the USA and esim provided seamless connectivity for calls, data and wifi. No problems activating and would recommend highly, providing good value for money, thank you.

The SIM worked really well - we bought two - but one of the numbers was plagued by Spam calls. I did message buzz but had no reply. If it wasn’t for this I would have rated higher

Payment, activation and network performance was as if I never left my home network. However, some plans do not allow hot-spot use which could be a deal breaker if the rental car needs hot-spot to be fully online. Price is slightly more expensive than local pay as you go SIM cards but the convenience of almost instant activation on arrival at airport without the need to register a local address is what made me choose buzz esim. Overall a pleasant experience and will use it again.

Great product and a must when abroad, only 1 little issue...to setup you scan a qr code...not easy when its sent to your phone (via email), but once setup its so easy to use, had this in new York and spain

Exellent assistance provided for installation of the esim. The extension of the servise and keeping the same number with a short notice was provided too. The watasup help was quick and efficient - it is realy helpul. Do not hesitate to ask for assistance .

I have used Buzzsim for the last 3 years for traveling to the USA. I have found it easy to install and have always had a good signal, even tho I have been to a lot of remote areas

I have ordered 4 eSims but on day of activation I received eSIM activation notice only for 2 devices. I contacted Buzz eSIM Staff Eve via What’s App and she was extremely prompt, efficient and instrumental in resolving the notification issue for our other two devices and she sorted it out within 30 minutes. She was very polite, respectful and cooperative. She provided excellent customer service. I have been using Buzz eSIM for last three years for my USA visits and I am extremely satisfied with their service level and they are the best and very competitive with their prices. I would only heavily recommend Buzz eSIM to everybody all around the world and many thanks to Eve for her wonderful 5star service today.

Despite some initial connection issues I found the WhatsApp chat feature the perfect way to make contact and resolve the issue effectively and efficiently. The customer service experience was excellent. Over the 2 weeks travelling through 3 different US States never once did the esim let me or my family down. Highly recommend.

We have used Buzz eSIM on couple of occasions for eSIMs in the USA in May and more recently in Europe. They are easy to install and worked the moment we arrived at our destination. They are great value for money!
