Never received my fragrance! I was scammed, this company is a big scam. Beware!

Don't trust or order from this company!!!! First order came late when I payed for expedited shipping. Then they charged my card again saying I was on a subscription and I never received anything.

A lot went wrong, I bought 2 perfumes, since 21st October, I haven't received it. After a week of purchase £30.05 was debited from my account from you guys. I tracked the item from China till it was handed over to Royal Mail, on receiving the package, it was footwear (pair of socks) which I never ordered. This is a SCAM.

The worst customer service and I got sent a pair of socks for the $80 they took out of my account would never recommend this place

The product is on the way and we are excited about it. We emailed to get confirmation and they were able to give me the information ℹ️ needed.

I never received the products I ordered. Also, money was being withdrawn out of my bank account without my authorization. I requested a refund of all my funds and was told in order to get my refund I needed to fill out this survey. Now I am expecting my full refund.

To 2 weeks to arrive but was impressed with the cologne. Smelled really good. Worth the wait.

Unfortunately i didn’t get to see such horrible reviews before placing my order.
I placed an order 16th Oct, and yeeeea 2 weeks later I got a pair of kids black socks sent to me as my item for £39🤦🏽‍♂️.
It’s a scam I can say as they do not reply to emails or calls.
Also seeing its a particular pattern of sending kids socks to people instead of what they ordered.

I never received my products and I either want my products or my money back ASAP it says it was delivered to my mailbox but nothing was in there except a black pair of socks

I bought a product I still haven't recieved. Seven days later they charged my debit card another amount and I never placed an order or gave them authorization either. I called the number online and they gave me an email to customer service that blocked my email from sending messages. I reached out on instagram and they did the same exact thing. Gave me an invalid email address.

Never got my product. I emailed customer service and I was told that I have to give them a 5 star review in order to get help. Please do not order from them. Its a scam

Havent received my order it's been almost 2 months thrn all of a sudden today I'm charged 39.99 for no reason

They dont deliver on time they dont even reach out urgently

The Vallore company is worst company I’ve ever dealt with they’re a fraud company they give you the description of cologne and end up sending you socks or nothing at all and when you reach out to them, they try to extort you into giving them a five star rating before they even try to take care of you everyone should report the company of Vallore so they can finally shut them down

They're bunch of thieves ,over 1 month now I bought something and I haven't heard anything since nad they took money out my account for no reason say I subscribe to something, they're a bunch of thieves don't buy from them.
