Sent me a pair of socks instead of my cologne, and when I requested a refund and to cancel the auto subscription they put without informing me. They told me I have to write them 2 5 star reviews.

They product is great and they responded fast to my concerns and the order was shipped on time. Would recommend this product to others

never got my order and it’s going on a month they where fast to take my money but not fast on Delivering my merchandise at this point i have to call my bank and report them as Fraud, it’s sad cause they have a black dude in the advertisement for the company, I wanted to support my black ppl and this happen it’s a shame. the advertisement keep popping up on face book.

I am having to write a review in order to confirm legitimacy of order? I have not retrieved my free gift along with ordering the two bottles of men’s cologne I’m convinced this site sells people’s information while fronting as a fragrance company. If a full refund is more attainable than a “free gift” and cologne I have purchased I’d settle for the refund this has been the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had!

The order didn't ship. And tracking doesnt make sense. It showed in was in China for 3 weeks, then at the airport for a week then at an American post office for another week, then in transit for days then showed delivered.
After 6 weeks, it says it is delivered but i never received it. I emailed customer service and they said before they look into it, i have to give a 5 star review fpr the product, which is a product that was never delivered. Not sure if its a scam altogether or just bad business. Money wasted.

Don’t buy from this company, they have taken extra money from my account for absolutely no reason! I have been told to send an email to them explaining what happened and I got an email back saying that I have to give them a 5 star rating in order to get help. Ordered 2 colognes and they never came in the package, I got socks instead. I was also advised to send a follow up email and all now I haven’t heard back from them. Very disappointing. Guys please read the reviews before buying anything I don’t care if it looks “legit”.

Terrible experience being charged $39.99 a month for nothing. I filled out the form to cancel my membership the reply I got back was to write a 5 star review on their products. They never replied or discussed the cancelation. Please cancel my membership immediately and do not debit my account $39.99 effective immediately. Thank you

Avoid this company at all cost. They will not send you your order. For me they even tried to bill me again at 1am during a time that i was sleep. I will be reporting the company to the FBI for fraud

Very poor service from this company and I wouldn’t recommend it at all. I sent a screenshot of the transaction of the item I bought and they kept asking me for a screenshot even though I sent it twice. I never received the item I bought and it’s been over a month. And they also charge you 40 dollars out of your account out of NOWHERE. Don’t buy from this company.

I haven’t received my package yet and it’s been over a month. I’ve tried calling and always getting a voicemail that says they’re closed. So I tried calling different times of the day and get the same response. I would like to get a refund please. Your company is the worst!!!!
