I saw the advert so bought two
Then saw I’d been charged for that order £12.98
Then charged £40 something twice!!!!i immediately tried to call them
But the customer service being in Lithuania cost me,after being on hold awhile,I got cut off!! I did write to them and spoke to PayPal saying I thought I’d try it out as it was only £12 ish for two drain cleaners,I never thought I’d have that much money be taken ,be aware!! I’m super upset and disappointed as I don’t have the extra money to buy umpteen drain cleaner bottles !!! :(
Pa:I’ve written to them using their email,I’ll update my review with their response and if they put things right!!
I’ve tried to reach out to you several times
And provided screenshots to your customer service advisor who has since not gotten back to me
I have no use for 6 drain cleaners so would not have ordered them!

The price I paid for was not the price advertised.

The additional deal pop-ups before order completion, really sucked. If I wasn't attentive, I might have been tricked into buying more than I wanted. I really hope I didn't miss anything and see additional charges on my bank statement. I'd be really pissed off. Other than that, I found what I wanted at a good price. Thank you.

ALERT - ALERT - ALERT!!! TOTAL SCAM
I ordered one Drain Cleaner, special offer $12.99. I thought it was odd that postage wasn't displayed anywhere on the online order form, so proceeded thinking I would get postage/shipping on the next part of the order form. NO, as soon as I proceeded "ting" my phone banking notified me of a $29.79 withdrawal. My Order says 1 x Drain Cleaner $15.98 (not $12.99 on the order form -false and misleading advertising). Shipping and Handling $4.99, a total of $20.97 BUT they charged me $29.79....a theft of $8.82. I went straight to Cyber Fraud as I work in the industry. I will ask for my $8.82 be returned and if it isn't I'll press charges.

The only thing I did not like was the special offers that kept popping up. Other than that, the ordering experience was great. The final total surprised me a bit.

PRODUCT ORDER

This company needs to be put out of business it is ripping people off, I placed an order and discovered they had very quickly taken more money from my bank than order invoice, numerous emails later they have not explained extra charge, have not given me delivery details, and have not refunded money

I had not completed payment via PayPal but when taken back to their site to complete found they had already completed it, taking out double the amount. I also found out they had, without my permission, put in an automated payment via PayPal which meant they could take money out whenever they wanted to without my knowledge. Trying to get help from the market website they were on was difficult. None of the buttons would work.

Not sure what product they use on commercial but it does not foam like. Way to overpriced for it to not work.

I was able to talk to a live customer service representative.

When I placed an order for TurboDrain cleaner, after being directed to PayPal for payment and then back to the site I was asked if I wanted another 3 products (one screen at a time) yes/no. I clicked no each time but the final screen I couldn’t get passed til I clicked on it and the next screen said order complete without allowing a check of the order. I checked my PayPal account and there were an additional 3 items added ( 4 in total all listed separately). I tried then to cancel by email but was told the order had already gone to the warehouse. After 2.5 weeks and many emails later the goods arrived but when I contacted TurboDrain again for a return address I was told I could keep the goods and they would refund 25% of the total order. I declined this but still could not get a return address and after another 2 emails and offers I was finally refunded the entire total which was more than I expected to happen and I am delighted. It was a bit of a frustrating process but I must say their customer service department is excellent as replies to emails are very prompt so 2 stars for ordering process and 5 stars for customer service

I boought few drain cleaners from turbodrain but after I placed the order I realised they added 3/4 extra items that I never selected .
As soon as I reliase and within. a second I cancelled the order .
The custoer care emailed me that the orrder has been placed and dispatched for shipping . Wow I was impressed they work like a flash . when I asked to share me the order number , the CC has been quite for almost a week now.
It looks like these giuys are scam .I would not reccomend anyone to buy their product .

Ordering was fine but dont like all the pop ups for additional products you are not sure your order has been placed.

I was very happy with the price so I ordered 2 of the drain cleaners.
