Website is designed during checkout to make you click on additional items, which I did by mistake and ordered more than intended. Still waiting for returns/refunds after 3 weeks now.

Product itself is overpriced and does not perform any better than decloggers available in local retail/supermarkets.

Don't bother buying. 110g bottle which you can buy on amazon and other outlets for a fraction of the price these cowboys are charging.
Plus delivery took weeks!

Wollte 1 TurboDrain bestellen, plötzlich waren weitere Artikel im Warenkorb und es wurde über Paypal abgebucht obwohl keine Freigabe von mir ertelt wurde. Storno nach 10 Minuten ging nicht, da Ware schon versendet war.Das soll ich glauben. Also klarer Betrug, Ware kam nie, Geld wurde von Paypal anstandslos erstattet. Also Finger weg von solchen Betrügern

I tried to order drain cleaner, but during the order process I was automatically listed for two other items I didn't want or order. Please cancel the entire order.

Turbo Drain just arrived not used yet far too expensive for the amount you get will not order again.

Leider überhaupt keine Wirkung, eher das Gegenteil. Ich brauchte nach Anwendung Installateur, weil dann alles verstopft war. Außerdem finde ich es Betrug, wenn man für eine solche Lieferung 2.99 Euro pro Flasche Transportversicherung zusätzlich zahlen muss.

Tried to order 5 of the product, the site must be AI controlled as it starts making offers, but the no thanks tab is in the smallest writing possible! I fell into the trap!
So ended up with more than I wanted (never again)!
I have complained to them and told them to cancel the orders, but I was probably being answered by an AI.
DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!?
The only option I have is to cancel the orders through my Bank, but it will lock my card and probably be replaced?

Absolute scam, showed prices in AUD until checkout then they became USD + shipping charges and freight protection was added. Requested a refund immediately and was told not possible as order had shipped. Never again, same product is available on Australian sites for about a third of the price and FREE shipping

I thought it looked like “ snake oil” on the YouTube advert
Shame on YouTube for putting income from fraudsters advertising before their viewers.
With regard to the “up selling” of unwanted additional items I’m glad I checked first and I’m not left with the impression that I’ve been sodomised

I somehow have managed to order 9 sink drainers? As they pilled on All the extras. & as I pulled out of the deal. They somehow managed to have Already taken the money. I urge Anyone Not to buy from these Con artists. 😡😡😡 Very Angry!!!.

I saw the advert so bought two
Then saw I’d been charged for that order £12.98
Then charged £40 something twice!!!!i immediately tried to call them
But the customer service being in Lithuania cost me,after being on hold awhile,I got cut off!! I did write to them and spoke to PayPal saying I thought I’d try it out as it was only £12 ish for two drain cleaners,I never thought I’d have that much money be taken ,be aware!! I’m super upset and disappointed as I don’t have the extra money to buy umpteen drain cleaner bottles !!! :(
Pa:I’ve written to them using their email,I’ll update my review with their response and if they put things right!!
I’ve tried to reach out to you several times
And provided screenshots to your customer service advisor who has since not gotten back to me
I have no use for 6 drain cleaners so would not have ordered them!
