Product defective and they are refusing to refund. This is a foreign based scam company selling rubbish

Item received in unsealed packaging. Being a dental product this seemed strange particularly at this time. Sterilised the items which on use were useless. Specific item missing. When turning on the battery keeps falling out. The item looks like its about £5 worth not £35 as charged. As returns state ' unpacked ' only its impossible to return. Feel i have bern well and truly conned.

We ordered a rhinitis device for my husband, which arrived unboxed, without instructions, and faulty. It was wrapped like a poorly wrapped secondhand ebay purchase. I tried to return it, and they just kept telling me it was fine... they had removed the box to reduce postage costs, we didn't need the instructions, and the fault is because I am reading the wrong online instructions. I tried to claim my money back from them, via trading standards, via paypal etc. Two months later, it is still not resolved.

I bought a childs tracker watch from GearTech UK which is the same company as Buysimple and Little Dreams. Arrived damaged, tried several times to contact them but no reply. Avoid.

DO Not USE THIS COMPANY

Like others I bought an item which is not working, not only was the item not as advertised at just over £21 but the item sent from China coincidently is £3.72 on aliexpress

Their customer services refuses refunds illegally against UK law, luckily bought through PayPal so a Refund through them hopefully,

I ordered my 7 year old son a birthday present what he was really excited to receive for no show up! Numerous emails to them they finally reply back after weeks with a made up tracking number😡 scum bags ! You haven’t stole from me you have stole from a 7 year old little boy how vile to try and earn money in this disgusting way.

I bought a hot water bottle, the quality is not reflective of the price AT ALL or described.
I contacted them, provided pics though as a consumer if you are not happy with a product you have the right to return and refund.
Bearing in mind, the product was unsatisfactory.
They told me they had reviewed the product and they would not be returning or refunding me my money and had the cheek to offer a 10% discount on my next order.
What it seems is they rebrand a product leaving out 1 or 2 detail and making it on the cheap, using descriptions from other websites, knowing full well they cannot fulfil to the exact requirements and hoping the customer won’t be bothered to go through the process of returning.
They said:

We're really sorry if there was any misunderstanding on the description of our product, but we always try to do our best to detail all our products on our website.

Their is no misunderstanding, the product is not the same period and they know it. They say they try to do their best, it’s not hard to try to do your best...if that is the product then that is the picture you take along with the price reflecting the quality...I’m not sure what kind of company they are running but I SMELL A RAT.

I’m so confused how these companies are allowed to trade whilst exercising their own rules.

Please please please do yourself a favour, save yourself the trouble and do not click on their website, there’s so many other companies you can buy from however that’s what reviews are there for.

Bought a product for 323.99, item was different than in the photo, also 1 part not working. They are ignoring my emails.

Ordered a product for £323.99.. no tracking, no updates..sent out email, no response. Still awaiting a reply... VERY SKEPTICAL after now finding the reviews on trust pilot.

Their fitness watch as advertised can measure blood pressure. The readings are totally wrong when compared with my electronic BP machine which has certified accuracy.
They will not refund (which is illegal) so I am stuck with this cheap looking watch which does not work as advertised.

Bought a smart watch for kids. Never ever buy again from them. Battery not even last for a day, poor signal. Also can't returns because their not accepted.

Found what i was looking for, so i ordered it. Took a week before it was posted, then almost another week before I received it. Not good service 😕 I thought.

Don’t use this company. I wish I’d seen these reviews before using them. Purchased a door bell that arrived not working. I’m now in a frustrating email exchange where there asking me to provide a video of it not working!?! Also the video has to be under 10mb which is impossible. Just to irritate me more, they end every email with “have a nice day” whilst refusing to give me a return details/refund until I provide video. I’m back to Amazon, never have issues like this

Recently bought something then changed my mind and immediately (within a few minutes) tried to cancel the order. Company told me they had already (I ordered at night and they emailed back at 9 am) shipped and dont accept cancellations anyway and that they also dont take returns unless item is damaged. Reading rest of reviews realise I've been ripped off.

As with many reviews on here, I bought the Spin Bike from Buy.simple not knowing it was a scam. Been denied a refund by Paypal because I can't return the item, even though this costs more than the actual bike. Balma Home want me to return it to Argentina which is ridiculous and seems to be part of the scam. I've had to take the loss as Paypal are saying they can't do anything. Would stress don't go anywhere near this company or Balma Home.

I wish I can give a zero star. This company made me cry honestly.. My daughter celebrated her birthday without the present she wanted because I stupidly ordered from this website, I feel like a bad mum for doing this to her, and guess what even when it finally arrived two weeks later it was not what we were expecting. The item looked cheap and bad quality

I wish I could give no stars. Total scam website with fake reviews. Ordered a device but was broken so wouldn't even turn on. Contacted them and no reply despite chasing. Clearly just take your money and send you junk.

I purchased a Smart Watch from this seller.
Through Pay Pal. Very disappointed with the product, it never worked correctly from
day 1. The time changed to midnight after around an hour. The happened after every time I set the watch. I have had similar watches before, so I know how to set them.
Contacted the seller twice by email no reply
on both occasions. I would suggest looking elsewhere for a watch and steer clear of this sellers web site, when looking for a smart watch.
