Please DO NOT buy from this company. A complete SCAM. Goods do not work and are cheap replicas from China. Feel totally conned. They do not reply to emails.

It's a complete con. The company doesn't deliver the goods and never responded to emails. They won't give refunds on non delivery and are a total rip off.

SCAM company. Ordered a smart watch for my daughter’s birthday, a faulty product arrived. After emailing the company they asked us to send a video of proof that the watch would not switch on, then they asked for another video. They agree to send out another watch and declined our offer to return the original…the watch never arrived. Now they’re saying we’re over the 7 day policy for a refund!!!!!

I don’t even want to give this company 1star as a rating. But Iam unable to leave a review if I don’t give a star. Ordered binoculars that state night vision. Some crappy binoculars arrived they don’t even focus and you can’t see anything through them. I have complained and complained but got no we’re. Iam not going to speak to my bank. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SOLD CRAPPY GOODS. Gutted I didn’t read the reviews on this before I made my purchase

I bought a heated pad for a cat bed as I wanted to spoil my kitten. It took them over a week to dispatch it so I wrote and complained at which point it was immediately dispatched.

However, what I received was far from what I was expecting. The quality is appalling. It came with no packaging, instructions or safety information. I suspect having read some of the reviews below (now) that it is from China and wouldn't meet any British Safety Standards. I'm frankly too concerned to use it.

Fraudulent thieving business,advertising produce on UK sites then dispatching CRAP from China.Alexander Aponte customer care needs a good thrashing.I forwarded all of purchase including proof that the item was from China and still they refuse to refund me.

I purchased 2 items one was incomplete after 9 weeks of trying to get the bits promised sent to me and one doesnt work and they say now can not refund my money as its pass 30 days.

Very disappointed with this company at the least, communication poor, information minimal.
After numerous emails trying to trace my item it eventually arrives but no confirmation.

This product I ordered i found I was charged 6 times more than the original price from this company. Be very careful compare prices before you accept, if you choose to use them.

Although you are sent Royal mail tracking number, this doesn't meet the UK standards which all have GB at the end of the numbers, you are unable to track your item.

I recommend you stay clear of ordering any product from them

I agree scam website. I am about to raise a dispute with Paypal. I ordered expensive light only to get a cheap LED bright white light delivered.

They send an email saying you can track it, but you can't - the tracking doesn't work.

Terrible. Product did not match the description and it arrived damaged (both the packaging and the product) with parts missing. It looked like it may have been a return, but based on my experience I don't think you can return items! When I contacted support I then had to provide a video and picture of the damaged product (with very specific requirements for the video type and size) and was told my case would take 4-5 days to be reviewed, at which point I'd be given a replacement (despite me asking for a full refund). They wouldn't even give me a return address to send it to, so I have been lumbered with a damaged product which will only be thrown away (not exactly environmentally friendly?) - I will never, ever be using Buy Simple again.

Please please please DO NOT buy anything from this company. Unable to send my car camera back (which was faulty) despite me pointing out distance selling regulations, they were not interested and would not reply to messages after pointing this out. PayPal did not help either. I'm amazed this company has been allowed to trade for this long without investigation. However, I have contacted trading standards so hopefully that will change!

All I can say they are fraud, dodgy and cheaters. Don’t buy from them. Even did not get help from PayPal to get my money back. They are scammers.

Further to earlier email post, I've had no luck with this company who are hiding behind their illegal returns policy. Can't get a refund from Paypal as having wasted weeks emailing these people it put me out of time with Paypal. The rear camera and wiring were missing from the box. The front camera is set up ok but I now have to try and find a compatible rear camera. More expense. They claim to be a UK company so will be reporting to Trading Standards.

Ordered a product from the website which took about two weeks to arrive. The receipt received mentions Balma Home, no idea how they are connected to the website.

The UK address mentioned on the website is 75 New Road LIVERPOOL L52 7OT. However, the address does not exist. The website has a .co.uk suffix although appears to have nothing to do with the UK and does not comply with UK legislation regarding return of goods.

There is no telephone number to contact the website if you have a problem or enquiry.

Beware!!! This company is definitely a fraud as I have recently experienced myself. Their own reviews, which are all positive and are all five stars rated, are obviously fake! Hence Trustpilot Customers’ reviews, show 93% negative reviews against this company, and only 3% good or excellent! I want to return two products for a full refund because are not as advertised. But keep sending the same response to send pic or video of the products, thus consistent with sending the same response to their other victims. I’ve done that twice already but keep sending the same response to sent them pic or video, whenever I send a message regarding the return. Fraudulent in nature indeed!

I’ve managed to get a full refund through PayPal but the company has still not responded to having the items returned to them. You may received what you’ve ordered but any return whether for a refund or a replacement, there is big issue! Their warranty does not exist! No return policy to get your money back or to replace a faulty item. STAY WELL CLEAR!!

Just don’t buy anything off this company they’re scammers ordered something for my daughters birthday over a year ago and never received it they blamed COVID for a year now they’re saying it’s been delivered to a mail box in another country, just dirty scumbags stealing peoples money.

AVOID the company ..... i ordered watch for my son which i was waiting almost month for it when finally arrived we just didin't like it ..... cheap china rubbish for £52 🤦‍♀️ so when i asked for refund they just sent me email saying they don't do refunds!!!!! Never again going to deal with them .....
