Had the same as other people. I ordered some ink cartridges and paid with PayPal. I got an email confirming the payment from PayPal and heard absolutely nothing from buyinkcartridges.co.uk. After a week of nothing I asked PayPal for refund. I then got an email mail from the company saying they did not have my ink cartridges in stock. So why take the order? There is something odd about this company.

Something isn't right about these people. Placed my order. no confirmation email, in fact nothing from them.Emailed 2 days later asking if they received the order. Had a response late at night saying they only have one of the items I needed, if I was happy to have it out of its box or get a refund. I asked for a refund. Next day I called, which took ages, they said they did have the items and that they were already sent. I asked again for a refund,which I will only get if and when the 'items' arrive and I return them. Its all a bit dodgy to be honest.

Placed order with payment through PayPal on Thurs 4 July. Rec'd PayPal receipt but no communication from company. Started to worry that I'd made a serious mistake. However, package arrive today (Mon 8 July) and I'm really pleased. The original ink cartridges have a very long life time - Dec 2025 is the earliest. Well packaged, arrived very quickly, remarkably low price. Will definitely use again.

Completed checkout and was just left at the Worldpay confirmation page rather than returned to their site. The site still shows goods in the shopping cart and the phone number just disconnects after about 10 seconds.
Looks like an abandoned store or just a scam.

They have the best prices on the market and my cartridges were delivered in 4 days.
But no confirmation email of your order and no way of tracking your order online

Have bought a couple of times now. They don't give a running commentary on the progress of the order but you get enough information. What I love is that they always package my items in a way that makes it easy to post through a letterbox, avoiding that annoying card from Royal Mail (because you missed the delivery) and a trip to the sorting office to collect your goods. I will continue to use them!

Zero communication when placing the order, after chasing via email I received a response late at night from the company stating that goods would be shipped but no mention of when! tried contacting the company the next day on 15 occasions but the call just cuts off which suggests the 'help line' is just a front. Sent another email asking for deliver status and still waiting for a response. There are better and more efficient companies out there so will not be using again.

I ordered Jet Tec ink but they delivered Kodak. They didn't answer my urgent emails sent to the email address on their website. They finally sent a return label that didn't work at my local Post Office -- I had to drive to the nearest Royal Mail Sorting/Delivery Office. All in all took more than 3 weeks from my first urgent email to finally getting a refund via PayPal. No compensation for all my lost time, petrol, etc.

I ordered a pack of two cartridges on Monday 30th October, and they arrived on Friday 3rd November.

Communication from the seller was non-existent, but the cartridges fit the bill.

I was pretty sure I'd been scammed and I was about to do a chargeback on my card, when I gave them a call, and they appear to be delivering tomorrow.

Good prices, just think what they could be if they even half knew how to run an ecommerce business.

I was worried after reading the bad reviews that this company was a scam but my experience was fine. I ordered two print cartridges, got an email confirming the order and they arrived a few days later. All good.

I chose to buy from Buy Ink Cartridges as the total upfront price was so good - several £s cheaper than others for identical product (Canon Pixma cartridges). Other sellers offered cheap prices but did not include VAT or delivery until later in the buying process. I was concerned by the reviews which I then read and thought that I would be needing to phone or email to chase up my order. There was no order confirmation sent to my inbox, just the WorldPay transaction record. However, the cartridges arrived 2 days later (Tracked 48 Royal Mail) exactly as ordered. Will buy from this seller again.

Having ordered and then checked reviews I was doubtful. No reason to be! The ordered items arrived in factory sealed packets and well in date. I will not hesitate to use them again. A confirmation email would have helped. Shame about the postal dispute slowing things down.

Avoid at all cost. Made an order on 24th of October, still no item or refund (today is 14/11). No way of checking order status online, all that you get is confirmation that you paid (which has no option for request of refund if you use WorldPay). Sent several emails company is not replying to any of them. Would leave 0 if I could

I ordered ink cartridges on the 5th Sept 2022 and received my order on the 10th Sept 2022

I had no issues.
After placing my order, I checked Trustpilot and saw the poor reviews.
So I called the seller, who answered the calll promptly and assured me that me order was being despatched that day.
I have now received my order and the cartdidge is in-date and genuine.

Zero customer service, returned faulty product, no refund. They don't respond to emails and telephone support is virtually zero

Do not order from this company. They have taken my money for an order of 10 ink cartridges and the product has never arrived. After emailing them several times I have never received a reply. This company is a total scam. Wish I had read the other reviews on here before I placed my order. Unfortunately I had to give the review one star to continue, I wouldn’t give any stars for this shocking service.
