Purchased the tool in spring of 2026, worked fine for approx 2-3 months, then the fully charged battery would die after several minutes of use. Recharged the battery and it would die out after only a few minutes. The advice received from hydro was buy a new battery; my advice is don't buy this product.

The product works fine most of the time until the trigger sticks then the only way to shut it off is to disconnect the battery. A total pain in the A…SS ! If this happens which in my case after 60 days you’re out of luck they won’t take back a return and replace. Bottom line don’t bother with this not worth the headache .

I purchased a hydro5x pressure washer that was found to be defective on my first use. Unfortunately it was long after the 90 warranty date. I called the company to complain and asked if I could purchase a new pressure gun. They don't even have a parts department, and there are no replacement parts available anywhere!! Here I sit with a box of great parts that I can not use without the pressure gun. It was the worst $100.00 I ever spent, and ONTEL could care less. I hope they go bankrupt!!!

The foam cannon on the hyrdox5 is a piece of junk as its lid connection lasted for one use and their so called bucket filter doesn't work! I contacted customer service and they did nothing! Beware this product and the people behind it! The product does not work as advertised!

All you have to do is inform your credit card company that you've been ripped off and they will get your money back for you.

Hydrox5 is a total POS. Nowhere on site says 90 day warranty. Mine lasted 4 months and totally quit - not battery as it chrges and shows green so pretty sure it is unit. Called CS and they do "not" sell parts. DO NOT WASTE $$

OMG! This company is ridiculous! I bought the Turbo Jet Hydro X5 Cordless Pressure Washer online. I just opened it and had questions after reading the entire manual. So I went to the website for further questions, I sent an email asking how long does the battery last and what is the difference between the plastic wand and the medal wand? The instructions do not address either question. I get an email back saying they are not address questions for this product then she gives me the same email address to go to, WHAT? So a chat box opens up that responds like some AI bullsh_t and wanted to charge me $5 to speak to a real person. So I went online and looked for a phone number and got 888-320-1155. A very nice man tried to help me but could find no information on battery life and did explain the difference in the wands. Not impressed with this company, as soon as my battery is fully charged I will try to use it, hopefully it works or I guess I am SOL!

Missing pieces-2 spray nozzles- from order. Customer service stated they would not send replacements. Any reputable company would have guaranteed the accuracy of their order/product. Buyer beware!

Any company like HydroX5 that won't show a review of your order and costs before getting payment info during the ordering process is a SCAM!!!! There is no review or final offer before the company states your order has been places. Then for 3 days I wrote emails to customer support to cancel the order that was advertised as $99 on TV but was charged over $283 . Support claimed couldn't find order, told to wait 24 to 48 hours to cancel, then no one would call me or reply to questions I had or verify order was cancelled. Then received the product 2 business days later. I have requested HydroX5 send me a prepaid return label for shipping, etc. but noone answers my customer support emails. Someone should be held accountable for this sham ordering process. Beware buyers. Close your browser immediately for any company that doesn't give you a chance to review your order.

This company charged me for something I didn't order. Will not respond to my inquiries. Big SCAM!Q!

july 23 2025 placed an order for the hydrox5 told it would ship in 2 to 3 weeks. called a number of times was told it was on back order and it would be shipped soon. here it is september 9 still waiting. do not buy one unless you want to wait a year.

This evidently does not exist. My husband saw this product on TV and I was unable to find anything else like it so I ordered it from this site. I did not receive an order confirmation or was my credit card charged. My current fear is that I’ve been scammed. Sadly my hubby was so happy I ordered the product with an extra battery.
