Apologies for this, David! We truly would love to offer more items and keep all sizes/colours in stock at all times but the secret to our low prices is that we operate in the clearance industry. What does this mean? It means that our stock consists of end of line, factory over-run, past season and discontinued products.

There are pro's and con's to this. The obvious pro is that we can offer absolutely unbeatable prices but the main con is that once it's gone, it's gone. As garments sell out, we can't just simply re-stock them because the supply no longer exists. We've had the lot and they're gone forever. We're forced to locate new products. In addition to this, we can't necessarily just 'choose' which products we stock. A retailer designing new garments can pick the exact design, sizes, colours etc. whereas we can only pick from other brands clearance and over-runs. In doing so, it is also critical that we take care to ensure that the garments we stock are of good quality and at an unbeatable price. We're therefore very picky and decline more stock offers than we accept in order to maintain this high standard.

Mainstream retailers typically wouldn't touch the stock we deal in as they require a continuous supply of specific goods. So whilst I am the first to admit that our item and size selection can be limited at times, the alternative is that these clearance products are not brought to market at all (they go to landfill or incineration otherwise) and our customers are forced to shop elsewhere paying higher prices. This is the trade off really. When new customers find our website and see our prices, they often ask us "What's the catch?". Well, this is it. Yes the prices are unbelievable but in order to offer this there are some quirks to shopping with us. Personally, speaking as a shopper myself, I would rather have the option of buying these sort of goods than not have the choice at all. If you can source a portion of your wardrobe from us, saving huge £££ in the meantime and have to fill in the gaps from a mainstream retailer, I would consider this a win.

Apologies for this! I can see that you have placed multiple orders with ourselves over the past few years. The most recent of which was on 6th July 2026.

Apologies for this, Kevin! We're not bad but we are only human, we're not perfect and do make the odd mistake from time to time.

I can see that your order was placed on Sunday 12th July and was dispatched as normal on Monday 13th July (Royal Mail do not collect from us on Sunday's unfortunately). This was then delivered on Wednesday 15th July. So far so good, however, the problem was that due to a mix up in the warehouse you were mistakenly sent the wrong items.

You made us aware of this on 15th July and we responded to your email within 2 hours providing a free return label. We're not 100% sure when the return parcel was dispatched by yourself as this would have been contingent on your schedule of course, but I can see that we dispatched your replacement on Tuesday 22nd July.

All in all, this does fall below the standard we set for ourselves and had we not made a mistake initially by mixing up your items there would not have been a problem. I have taken your feedback on board and will discuss with the member of staff who originally packed your order to see what we, as a business, can do to help them minimise the risk of this happening again.
