Hands down these are the most comfortable shirts on the planet. Get them while you can as supplies only last for what can be a short time on some of the items, but rest assured the customer service team is there to do everything they can to remedy any situations. Its rare these days to receive immediate answers to your questions, but even over Christmas they were on the spot to help with my Christmas presents that didn't fit (my problem for over eating this Holiday Season). Would give 10 stars if we could - Thank you for these amazing shirts!!

Ordered on 20th November.
Contacted them multiple times. Still no delivery on 9th December. Apps it is arrived in Maersk network and they can’t give me a delivery date. Terrible service and no upfront warning that it will take so long.

The fabric, as the company name infers, is buttery soft. The material is top quality that stretches with your movements and is wrinkle free. What more could you ask for in a shirt?

I have purchased the shirts for my family before and they love them. I recently forgot to insert my discount code and they responded within a minute to take care of my mistake. Very very responsive I am very appreciative and the service is above and beyond.

I cannot say enough nice things @ the support I received during the return process. First of all, so easy to make a return, but I had unfortunately discarded the original packaging...the team explained to not worry @ that they would talk me through the process.

And I cannot say enough good things about the customer service. I wanted to change my delivery option and sent an email to the customer service email address. Customer service responded quickly and they went above and beyond. Only issue is that once you buy and wear one of their shirts, you will buy more; so be prepared. Loving it

Buttercloth is so incredibly flexible - not just with their amazing Icy Cotton fabric, but with their policies! I had an issue with an order and called the CS number. Nina was so helpful and friendly, and even gave me a courtesy call the next day to check up on me and make sure everything was good - it was great, and so was the help I received. Terrible Experience. Tried the "try before you buy" and they charged my card the full amount anyway. When I contacted them they said they only meant to put a hold on the card (which isn't what they say they're going to do).

Then, they said I have to be home to sign for the delivery (again, this is nowhere in the purchase page) but if I emailed them they could change it. So I emailed them, and they said actually no, we can't change it, and then told me the date/time scheduled for delivery. I wasn't asked about the date and time and wasn't going be home then. They said sorry nothing can be done.

Just amazingly inappropriate. Especially given what they charge for their shirts.

Slow/nonexistent delivery. Customer service was terrible, condescending and downright rude. For an expensive shirt, I would expect professionalism with help for delivery issues. Not the case. Unless you have two weeks for a shirt to show up.. probably not for you. Also discount codes that are advertised are nowhere to be found. When I found a code it wasn’t the amount that was advertised and it only came off of one of the shirts. The place is a joke.

Never received my shirt. I ordered a shirt allowing ample time for delivery. I got tracking information from UPS saying that the shirt was out for delivery and then again once it was supposedly "delivered". I received a few packages yesterday but nothing from Buttercloth.
I contacted their customer service dept. and was told that UPS likes to routinely mark packages as "delivered" even when they have not been in the hopes that it shows up later that same day. I waited patiently until 8pm and did not receive a delivery.
When I contacted the company to let them know they told me that since I had not purchased "shipping protection" for an extra $5 they would have to file a claim and that process could take another 2+ weeks. I told them to forget it and I would not be purchasing from them again.

The sleeves are about 1/2 inch too long, but not too bad.

I placed a order 2. April, today is the 19th April and still haven’t received anything.
