me and 9 other friends went on this buddy bus and he refused one person to get on and was now stranded with no way to get home very bad

Waited at Marlow Road for a 21 read that was 6 minutes away and at a marina. Next look was 23 minutes and bus was now back up Manor Hill.... Don't call it live update if it isn't.

The buses were late then out of service so I couldn't get to my appointment. The customer service team were incredibly quick at responding and within a short time had explained the reason and offered a full ticket refund. Excellent customer service!

It was a minor incident, but had very good reasons to report, emailed B&H buses, got a response very quickly, from a human. Asking for more details and I feel confident the small matter would be dealt with in a discreet manner.

Get the Same response from bus company,bus times 1 minute each way of what bus time tables say ? Why not put this on your bus time table app ??

Well as always wonderful service from Brighton and Hove buses especially Nathan Etheridge who is always so kind and understanding of my condition OCD for which I'm extremely grateful thank you Nathan. Also all the drivers I've had have been very polite and understanding today was no exception with a charming young lady driver. Thank you all so much for your kindness and support. Left my phone on the 306. I Sprinted to try to catch the bus on its route but alas, my little legs were not quick enough. Fortunately the lovely Daisy from another bus was on hand to get on contact with dispatch (Pete) who then contacted the correct bus driver (Anon). My phone was safe and sound and promptly delivered back to me the next time the bus came round.
10/10, would lose my bus on Brighton and Hove buses again.

Brighton and Hove do not back there drivers. There’s a reason they are constantly needing drivers despite offering £36,000 upwards.
Certainly not the Brighton and Hove buses.
I was driving up a steep narrow road in Mile Oak, one of Brighton & Hove Buses zoomed down and stopped head to head with me. The bus had parked cars on his side, leaving me stuck with no options to manover out.
The driver proceeded to shout abuse at me, use intimating expressions and suggest that I pull into someone’s drive or turn around because he was NOT MOVING.
I’m a 20 year old female driving a little 3 door mini. Faced with an abusive old man screaming at me with a lorry full of people. In a panic, I swung my car up over a pavement (scratching my tyres) to turn around and head down the road.
Straight away I pulled over to check on my tyres, he slowed down his vehicle and stared me down until I looked up at him.
I came away from the incident feeling embrassed and upset. This man was a bully and his behaviour to fellow drivers makes me concerned for how he treats his passengers.
I have submitted a complaint to Brighton and Hove Buses. I was warned that my complaint would be ignored, to which no surprise it was.

Huge thank you to David Brown, Team Leader, Brighton and Hove Buses Customer Service Team. I didn’t realise I had left my glasses on the bus in Sussex until I was at home in Derbyshire. Unable to collect from Brighton I sent a plea for assistance to customer services and was thrilled when they agreed to post them special delivery, free of charge. First class customer service, rarely experienced these days!

I left a bag on one of the buses in Brighton & Hove, and filled in the lost property form provided on the website. A day or two later I popped into the hub to check whether it had been found and Nigel took the details and confirmed that they had the bag. He and the other members of the team couldn't have been more sympathetic and helpful, and I am very grateful to them all.

Their boast is 'all we need is a smile and a driving licence' well having travelled all over the country by bus i would have to say with a few exceptions you would have to go a long way to find a more miserable bunch of drivers. They act as if they would rather be else where. A cheery 'good day' is met with a frown and don't say 'thank you' you will be ignored. They could learn a lot from the yellow bus company on how to interact with the public. I don't bother with pleasantries any more. You never get a response.
