I ordered a pair of pajamas for my granddaughter. I paid $19.00 for the PJ's and 6.17 for shipping. The Pajamas were cute, but too large. They have an option for free shipping on returns if you deliver the package to a Happy Return site. However, they were going to charge me an $8 handling fee to return the jammies! Absurd. I would rather donate them. I won't order from them again.
We love all the products we've purchased from Burts Bees Baby, the quality great, organic, and the fabrics are so soft.
They've held up great, and some of our favorite onesies have now been worn by a few of our kiddos, they are hand-me-down certified.

I’m very disappointed with the customer service I’ve received—it has come across as both unhelpful and rude. I expected better support, especially given that the mistake was on your end.
I placed an order, but the package was lost by FedEx. I contacted FedEx directly, and they informed me that only the seller is authorized to file a claim. I then reached out to customer service to request that a claim be filed and that I receive a refund. However, I was told I need to wait 15 days, which I find frustrating given that the package is clearly lost.
Very poor customer service. Ordered Easter pjs for my kids when they had a sale. My daughters were too large so I wanted to exchange for a smaller size. They told me they don’t do exchanges and I would have to return then rebuy at full price and pay for additional shipping simply for a smaller size.
I’m Honestly very disappointed with the whole experience and product of our Christmas pajamas. First off, I ordered them on Dec 3rd and did not receive them until Dec 23rd. I know it’s a busy time of year but nothing I’ve ordered has taken that long. I bought 6 matching Jammie’s for the whole family, I wanted to be able to wear the PJs all month long leading up to Christmas and unfortunately that did not happen. Secondly, the fit is pretty bad. They run pretty large and they’re just a rougher material than what I was expecting. Sadly, I probably won’t be ordering PJs from here again.
