The carpet I recievied was not what I ordered it should have been centurion invictus silkworm it was only half the thickness it should have been the customer has not noticed she has had invictus Orion whitch is a cheaper carpet off another supplier what is twice as thick

I wrote to you to collect it. I selected the width for a reason, you sent something way too big and you replied that I should be happy because I was getting extra carpet!

I needed a bigger length of carpet than I could order online, so I contacted Burts and they were very helpful in arranging everything I needed, and delivering on a week that suited me.

The process for ordering the carpets was simple, I did call in for advise as I was trying to understand I could pay for a whole remnant and could they cut it in half for me for an extra fee so I would have two halves but was told it's an online company and that's it. You take or leave what's on the site...Samples took a week to arrive hence 4 instead of 5 stars. The delivery driver was brilliant, he worked directly for Burts (as I'm in the area) and was very pleasant.

Great communication when stock was going to be in and then a fast delivery

The only reason that I gave this carpet 4 stars instead of 5 is that it has a cut running down one of the edges. It hasn't gone through to the backing. But it is definitely there. That being said, I am really pleased with the quality, colour and pile. For the size of the room it was an absolute bargain. I have another 3 rooms to carpet and I will definitely be buying from Burts again!

Excellent price for a quality carpet- 50% off with very transparent and reasonable delivery costs. My query was dealt with immediately and the staff member I spoke with was courteous and pleasant, kindly calling back to confirm when the payment had gone through. I ordered it in the afternoon and delivery was the following morning- the carpet was well packed and has survived a week outside in a Yorkshire winter while I’ve been waiting for the carpet fitter. Thanks!
