We placed an order nearly 4 weeks ago.
The order was confirmed but we have not had any further correspondence.
There is no tracking update.
The email contact address does not respond, messages come up as ‘mail delivery failure’.
The telephone number is not recognised.
A dreadful customer experience.

Received my order but shoes were too big. Attempted to contact numerous times thru email, messenger, telephone (not a working number) DO NOT DO business with this company!

BUYER BEWARE!!!! DO NOT BUY!!!! Terrible products. Terrible company. Terrible customer service. They advertise that she’s can be returned if they are unsuitable in any way but they refuse to honour their promises made in their advert. Instead, they offer a 30% refund or an exchange. But, what is the point of exchanging when it could be a never ending problem? I will be contacting my bank because this is definitely a scam company. I have asked them for the 30% refund and no reply. BEWARE AND DO NOT USE THIS AWFUL COMPANY.

I sent for two pairs of shoes. Both awful quality and definitely not leather. The inside material of one of them looks like fuzzy felt. They are trying everything not to give me a refund. I'm going to have to go to my bank.
They are so bad I'd feel embarrassed to take them to a charity shop. The worst made shoes I've ever seen in my life!

I had unsatisfactory experiences with online shoe stores. I have a stacks of shoes for Goodwill. I ordered elsewhere. I am sooo pleased with my purchase from you. I have a narrow foot with a very slim heel.

It says that my shoes were delivered however I never received them. Not a real phone number for customer service. All the reviews point to this is a fraudulent company!

This is the biggest rip-off I have ever experienced. I have a bunion so I ordered a dress shoe. No the shoe did not fit the bunion and we uncomfortable as hell. When I went to return them after email and email and email and they made me photograph my foot showing the shoe did not fit, I was told they would give me a 30% refund and keep the shoes. I don't want those cheap, uncomfortable shoes. Unreal and in my opinion....illegal. DO NOT ORDER from this company.

Stay away from this company! Shoes are from China. Strange cheap material, sized improperly and took a month to arrive. I can only imagine the return process. The shoes are like costume shoes for a Disney character!! Total scam. They are marketing themselves as catering to problem feet. Total lie!!

The sandals look great and very well made, and fit perfectly.

DO NOT ORDER! DO NOT ORDER! I regret not checking reviews before ordering. The shoes are extremely poor quality for the price. They are stiff, hard, and uncomfortable, with no real support, nothing like what is advertised on the website. The sizing is also completely inaccurate, even when ordering according to their size chart. Customer service refuses to issue a full refund and keeps pushing store credit or a partial refund instead. The return process feels designed to wear customers down rather than resolve legitimate issues.

For what they charge, this product is misleading and unacceptable. I would not recommend this company.

It’s a scam. The shoes came wrapped in plastic and the shoes themselves are cheap plastic. $70?! The cheats! Tried to return them. No luck. I am letting my American Express Card deal with them. And the shoes are going in the rash, not even good enough for give away.

I bought heels for an event. The website says there’s a 30 day return policy. It’s not true. They will exchange or give a 40% refund. The shoes took over 2 weeks to be delivered. They were cheap quality and were huge in a size I normally wear. I believe they came from China. This company is a complete scam!!

Do not purchase shoes from this seller. The product I purchased was not orthopedic or comfortable. The shoes do NOT "support foot health." They are poorly constructed with NO support in the footbed of the shoe. No arch support. No heel support. No cushion in the sole. Cheap looking and unhelpful customer report. They refused my return request.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering my shoes. I did not understand that they were coming directly from China and that no returns were allowed, just exchanges. The material was flimsy and fit poorly. The souls were very thin and uncomfortable. I would not recommend their products.

Under the guise of sustainable ethics there are no returns.
The shoes with delivery was nearly 100$.
Quality was poor . Shoes were unusually tight although the correct size was ordered. Supposed to be orthopedic. Hardly.
No working phone service Typical post cov. Lacking in any accountability. I was asked to photograph the discrepancy of tight uncomfortable shoes.
Shoes were sent in bubble wrap.

Disappointed with the customer service and the quality of the product. Fabric was not leather and unbreathable . The synthetic fabric wrinkled on the top of the boot. The fabric was slippery and caused my heel to slip out of the back when I walked. I was told I didn’t fit any of their criteria for returning the shoes as the quality of the fabric didn’t qualify. Just beware this is not a company that strives for 100% satisfaction of a customer which would mean a no questions asked return. If you are approved to return your purchase, there is a 25% restocking fee. I would not recommend this company. You can read their return policy below.

These are a horrible product. Cheap materials. Poor craftsmanship. Nothing like the photos they present. Slow shipping from China. Terrible, gaudy green color arrived after I ordered sage green. No refund. I had to select another from Buni Shoes. Once it finally arrived, same poor quality materials and bad fit. I paid $119 for $5 shoes. I threw them in the trash.

SCAM COMPANY FROM CHINA.The shoes are total garbage. They use many different company names. They were called Comfy Foot Gear at one point. DO NOT BOTHER TO RETURN THE SHOES TO CLAYMONT, DELAWARE. IT IS A FAKE ADDRESS. Please do not order from them. If you do, dispute the charge with your credit card company. This company has been reported to officials in Delaware and they are investigating them for fraud.
