I am updating my review because customer service made it right. The dress was not my style for my baby shower vision, initiated a return and was taken care of. The dress I ordered was too low cut for my event so just be aware of that, if that’s the look you are going for it’s great!

I ordered 2 maternity dresses and when they arrived one was huge and the other one was true to size but the fabric was very low quality, itchy and wrinkly. On their website they say all items can be returned before 30 days and will be refunded, but here I am having to send emails back and forth and a week later have to still receive proper instructions and they are trying to get me to keep the dresses and accept a 20% refund.
- Update. The company got back to me yesterday and finally refunded the order.

I ordered a dress and the description was inaccurate. The material was cheaply made, the sizing was wrong, and the dress overall did not look like the pictures. I requested a refund, and have followed up via email and their Facebook messenger and have not received any replies to any contacts in 5 days. Their website clearly states they accept returns and offer full refunds, but they seem to be avoiding my messages. I will likely end up having to dispute the charge with my bank. Please avoid ordering from this company at all costs. It's not worth it.

Save yourself the time and hassle, this website is a joke!! Sizes are not accurate, description is poor and not to mention the hassle of an attempted return. It has taken going on two weeks to try and receive instructions on doing a return and receiving a refund. First they will do everything to not give you a return i.e in store credit or a "deal" offering 50% return and you keep the unwanted items. On top of that they take forever to respond to you with you having to reach out multiple times before they will respond. I am not sure I will even end up receiving a refund if I'm honest so save yourself the headache and find what you want elsewhere it's really not worth it!

I am very unhappy with the service I have received. I have been trying to return items for several weeks, well within my return policy rights, yet the company keeps refusing to provide clear return instructions.
Each time I request a return, they ask repeated and excessive questions about what is wrong with the items, including requests for videos and detailed explanations. I understand being asked once or twice, but having to repeat myself seven times is unreasonable. Despite complying with their requests, they continue to avoid giving straightforward return instructions.
The quality of the clothing is also extremely poor and nowhere near what I expected.
Most recently, I even received an email addressed to the wrong name stating that I do not qualify for a refund, without any proper explanation. This feels unprofessional and dismissive.
If I do not receive proper refund instructions very soon, I will be contacting my bank to initiate a chargeback and escalating the matter to the ombudsman.
Overall, this has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience.

Nothing went right with this order. I purchased three dresses and then three weeks later they still hadn’t shipped. When I contacted the company to cancel my order as it was taking too long they suddenly claimed it was shipped and couldn’t be cancelled. Then one of the dresses magically was refunded and the other two sat in transit for another two weeks. When the package was finally delivered it was only one dress (missing the other completely) and it wasn’t even matching the image of what I ordered. When I contacted customer service to complain they claimed that since I couldn’t prove I don’t have one of the dresses there was nothing they could do and then stopped communicating completely. This company is a sham and is just out to take your money.
Update-
After a month of continued contact and arguing with this company I finally received a full refund for my items. This is only after they tried to convince me to take partial refunds due to lack of proof that the one item didn’t match the description (despite me sending pictures) and that I couldn’t prove the second item never showed up. I also had two different people from customer service helping giving completely different information. I had to send them their return policy from their website when they claimed they couldn’t send me return instructions. Do not claim you offer refunds and hassle free exchanges when it is a complete lie. As someone 22 weeks into their pregnancy I have a lot of other things to worry about and fighting over a return when so many other companies offer faster and easier processes just isn’t worth my time. While they did resolve my issue finally I would still never order from them again as the products are poor quality and not as described on their website- nor will they follow their own website policies. A very poor business model taking advantage of pregnant women who already struggle to find clothing.
Dresses take a month to get to US, then they don't want to let you return it or get a refund bc it arrived too late. Do not order from this company!!

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. Have been trying for a month to return a "dress" that was too short and can't get even a yes or no answer on if a return can be made. I even reached out directly to customer service multiple times. They ask me the exact same questions and then don't respond back to me. Absolutely do not recommend you shop here
Edit (2/12) - I finally received some direction on my return and had accepted a 20% refund for the item, but the company reached out and asked me consider updating this review or delete it, regardless they would provide a full refund. We went back and forth and they acknowledged my concerns. My major issue is that with maternity wear, there is a limited time to utilize & the length of this return process is just not acceptable. I had let them know that I would update my review, but then they told me they were holding my refund until that was complete - so I backed out. I would prefer to let others know my experience and hopefully influence Bumpbabe to work on their return process then to take the refund. If you are planning to shop with them as of the date of my review, I just warn you to make certain items will fit before buying
I would make the cliche comment “if I could give zero stars, I would”. The company REFUSES to let me return an item. They claim they are trying to make it right, but it’s only on the conditions that are convenient to them. I have been trying to return the item for nearly a month. The item is bad quality, poorly done and almost looks unfinished. Extremely large as well. Again, THEY REFUSE RETURNS. Dealing with this people for almost a month, all they can offer is credit in their store or 20% refund. POOR client service. A return should not be this difficult, but they sure make it difficult.

Really poor customer service. I initiated a return 5 days ago and have had to send nearly 20 emails asking for a returns label. The label still has not been sent to me. I have had to escalate the refund with my credit card.
