I've placed over a dozen orders here, and every time I feel like I got a good deal. Their packaging is top notch and secure. They have some unique products too. Example, I ordered some discounted 'random/cull/damaged/tarnished' silver eagles recently and they shipped a full roll of beautiful BU 2006 eagles, spotless.

Best place to buy and sell gold and silver. Always easy and friendly service. Highly recommended.

I ordered online on 1-1-26. Credit card was deducted to my account 1-2-26. Four phone calls later they only accept messages. Nobody phoned back. No emails. Is this a scam? Meanwhile my underlying purchase price has changed. I regret buying from these jokers.

... and then ... THREE MONTHS LATER ... they write me a reply saying my order doesn't match their records? Utter BS! I am not going to post a photo of my receipt from them. They literally received my credit card payment ... and after a long while I disputed it due to their non-response.

TERRIBLE COMPANY! Do not use these scammers!

This company will not send your items to the correct address. Don't assume that by filling out your order form will be accepted. I have waited 12 days on a expensive order. Shipped FedEx. Secured No they just through it on a person's pourch. Now County, and State Police at work. Never deal with them.

Garbage company that sells you scratched up coins and will not allow you to return them. Shop elsewhere to avoid a problem.

Acquired some silver American Eagle, Canadian Maple Leaf, and Australian Kangaroo. Online experience was fine. Website easy to use. I received nice clean coins from Bullion Exchange which was greatly appreciated. Check clearing process does take some, but this isn't the fault of Bullion Exchange, but rather how checks are cleared. Will do business with them in future.

It is my opinion that the company's Customer Service Department is incompetent. Please research other companies for purchases within the metals sector--there are a lot of them that will respect your intelligence.

I have ordered a lot from BE and have had very good experience in general. This all changed when I ordered some junk silver dimes. I got a batch that included some really thin mercury dimes. Brought the dimes in question to a reputable local coin shop to get their opinion. They said they would have sent them to be melted straight away. I submitted a complaint to BE customer service and sent pictures for them to review. They claimed they were fine just by looking at the pictures...end of story. I will not buy their "junk" products again. Very disappointed.

Ordered a Gold Eagle. When delivered it had a scratch across the front of the (BU) coin. Customer Service was absolutely horrible. One of the owners called me and totally lost his temper. Yelling at me that I did not understand coin grading. Buy elsewhere.

5 stars all around. Great company to work with in all aspects. Great prices and very professional.

I ordered through Bullion Exchanges & paid.
For the Liberty Bell Silver Rounds.

Then I got an email right after I made my purchase
which had Las Vegas Rounds showing.
I ask them via email if they could just swap for them,
since they were same price when I bought.
They called me & said "SURE, FOR MORE MONEY!"
I said "No thank you, I'm fine w/my order,
I just kind of wanted them for novelty sake."
They said OK, we'll keep the order the same.

7 days later, I emailed "when will I get my order?"
They call next morning
"THEY CANCELED THE ORDER"
Blaming a SYSTEM ERROR!

I have been purchaseing from Bullion Exchange for several years. Their prices are always competitive, they have an amazing selection, customer service is pilite and fast to rwspibd, and super fast shipping. These guys are great! Highly recommend.

I always read reviews to get a customer perspective on any business product or service. Nearly all these reviews are based on small purchases 75$ to $1000. I would never recommend buying in such low quantities online unless a rare item is offered. With that, if I owned an exchange, I would never sell that low and have a min purchase that made the time and paperwork worth it. the amount of money made on a small sale $100-$1000 wouldn't be worth my time just shipping it. So, I think BE is doing a great service that is likely in the hopes for acquiring a high value client. The fact that they have failed, and in doing such on low value and even zero return sales, has angered a lot of folks is simply inherent with. With this, I would like to see some reviews at the minimum level of 100K level. At this level, the profit potential for the business is there and the care to the customer can be measured very differently.

I have been going to Ben and his team for years. They not only have some of the greatest prices in the market, updated real time, but have a vast inventory of precious metals, old US currency, and collectables. Bullion Exchanges is always my first choice and usually my only choice for gold and silver.

Just returned (2)10 troy ounce bars that were 11 troy ounces. My Sigma Verifier Pro said they were not consistent through out the bar. I spoke to a Sigma about the bar and a local metaI company both said the bar did not pass. I was told they had a 100% satisfaction guaranteed. Now they will not let me access my account to verify my purchases from them. They cancelled my account. BY CANCELING MY ACCOUNT THEY ADMITTED THEIR GUILT ,THE BARS WERE NOT PURE. GOOD LUCK WITH THESE LAIRS.

They don't allow me on there site because I questioned a purchase found out it was my son I honored the purchase and paid for it
