Bulletproof took us through the ISO27001 from the initial steps through to completion of our stage 2 audit, their guidance was brilliant and resulted in us passing both first time without any non-conformities.

We have continued to use Bulletproof for cyber scanning, pen testing, and subsequent pre-audit work.

We engaged Bulletproof for an ISO 27001 internal audit and unfortunately the experience was exceedingly bad. The assigned auditor demonstrated a very rigid interpretation of the standard, making definitive (and incorrect) judgements about our established reporting structure without any professional curiosity.

Beyond the technical failings, his general demeanour was also very unprofessional; he actually laughed out loud at us in a meeting when we described our company's size and structure. This is not what we expect from a professional auditor who should be applying a flexible, risk-based standard.

The issues were so significant that we had to formally complain and request a different auditor mid-engagement. We would not recommend Bulletproof for businesses that require nuanced understanding, let alone basic professional respect. We have since chosen to work with a different provider.

Been using them for a number of years now to support our CE+ certification and couldnt recommend them more. Everyone from the account management team and assessors has been a pleasure to work with.

Going into any audit can be daunting, however the Team at Bulletproof Cyber were very helpful and patient.

We are a small startup based out of Canada and we completed our CE and CE+ certifications with Bulletproof. In each experience, the Bulletproof team was professional in their conduct and timely in their communication. We had no issues meeting our certificate deadlines. We have used Bulletproof for 4-5 years as consultants for our security, GDPR and general IT policies, and also as auditor and partner in achieving and renewing our Cyber Essentials Plus accreditation. Very happy to recommend them.

We're a pre launch start up loooking to secure our cyber essentials certificate. We dealt with Bradley and Adam. Overall, a very positive experience. Here are my notes:
1) Bradley always responded to my emails in less than 24 hrs. Always helpful in either answering our queries, or pointing us to people who could help. I was never really 'waiting' to keep our process moving along
2) Adam was our assessor. Similar experience to Bradley. Pretty quick responses and provided clear and relevant feedback.

We were able to lock up our certificate within < 2 weeks and I was very happy with the process, communication and overall experience, and happy to recommend.

Super unprofessional - horrible service. Stay away.

We made an agreement with Bulletproof to conduct penetration testing and provide a report to us.
The agreement was to later perform an additional penetration test afterwards, and provide a new report to us based on the findings that remained.

Instead they created a second report that was full of references to the first report, which was not what was agreed at all. They refuse to honor the agreement made and write the report without references to the first test. If we wanted a "re-test" full of references to things that were no longer issues, we would have made that abundantly clear. Saying it is a necessity is complete BS.
