Paint peeling off despite following customer care. Explained we purchased three and only one was deemed faulty. Gave us a $20 credit to buy another one. Ummmmm, no, I'll waive my $20 and leave you an honest review to warn others. Much cheaper ones out on the market which do exactly the same thing, don't peel and so what, not branded. Don't buy from these thieves.

Four issues: 1. I don't think it keeps coffee hot that long. Maybe an hour. 2. Where your lips go it isn't natural causing a potential drip if not paying attention. The plastic turn grip pieces are in the way 3. It's hard to get the lid in the right place to have the opening in the right place. 4. For the money, I'll look for something more suitable. Not that many color options either...

I ordered this to use on my school bus run I have the toddy xl for coffee in the am and the hydration bottle for water in the pm they do wonderfully coffee stays hot for about 3 hours and warm the other 2 hours never cold all morning ,the bottle has ice in it allday I refill it 3 times with water during the day and ice is still there at night when I dump it. I have yeti cups and brumate works much better all around the reason for 3 stars is the paint around the lids on both items started chipping with 2 or 3 days and the black piece on the cup completely broke off the cup on day 3 absolutely disappointed to pay this much and it brake so soon yes I could order a new lid but a cup with this price shouldn't brake or chip in a weeks time sadly I was so impressed I order gifts after receiving mine and I do believe I'll send them back when I get them.

I was super excited to order the new sandstone collection! When I placed my order the day after it released 10/28/2022, I thought all was good. Wrong, about 9 days after placing my order 11/5/22 and them taking my money it still said unfulfilled when I looked it up. So I emailed them on 11/5/22 and asked when I would expect my order to ship. I was emailed back the next day 11/6/22 that all my items were in stock and should ship in 48hours. So I waited the 48 hours and nothing, still said unfulfilled. So I contact them again today 11/9/22 to be told the items were sold out. Just a sorry and here’s 10$ off your next order, really? Like I’ll ever order from them again? Not likely. The sad part is that I ordered this because it was an influencer I really liked collection and I watched all of the PR package being delivered for free while paying customers were charged and received nothing. I don’t EVER post bad reviews like this but I feel I’m not the only one who has experienced this. Very sad.

I carry one every where I go. I am retired live on lake and all my friends love them too. No spill and cold BEER OR COCKTAILS for all! They hold water too. Lol

The product is great but the company it’s self is trash. I have purchased a lid multiple times and every time get a email that they can’t ship the item do to out of stock but they sure can take my money. The company is FAIL. Hopefully soon they bankrupt and the CEO gets cancer. 🤞🏼 I would not recommend one of these cups due to the company is not ran correctly. They are definitely hiring meth heads or pill poppers for employees. To save yourself time and patience I would look into hydro flask or even a generic wal mart brand then to challenge your life with trying to get with this company to fulfill an order for you. They FAIL horrible. I wish they had negative star review because they sure would get multiple negative stars like I have got negative multiple lids. 🖕🏻brumate

Buyer beware… product may be good but the shipping service that is company uses is a disaster. UPS innovations, think twice try to purchase from another vendor.

I love the fact that they have screw on lids!! I have used other brands in the past and have spilled drink everywhere when they tip over. My sister and I went on a trip two weeks ago and I was trying to get all my stuff out of the car, in my arms and put my Brumate on top and it immediately tipped over. I gasped bc I just knew I was going to be soaked but nope, not a drop!! On the other hand, the lid is almost impossible to unscrew at times and the paint is chipping.. ☹️

Love the colors, the spill proof lid....BUT my only complaint is my coffee does not stay warm...at all. I hope they can work on that.

The lid does not fit . The mouth part you drink from does not fit in the right spot…. Just received it and if I don’t get satisfaction I will be returning it…Please reply

They have some of the NICEST and BEST customer service ever! I gotta give a shout out to the agents on their team that helped me. Amanda and Claire, y'all are great! Their drinkware is gonna be great! I'm excited to receive it. I recommend this company, and I definitely plan on buying from them again.

Pretty upset now, ordered my cooler on "sale" as a "new product" payed $50 instead of the 400, it's was advertised as only being available to the first 200 customers.

Well I jumped, it's been 2 weeks now, and no email, no call, no tracking #, but I did something right, because the company did make a nice withdrawal of $50 from my bank.

We will see if we ever get a cooler....so annoyed.

Great quality BUT the opening where you drink from doesn't line up right when you pick it up by the handle. Try holding it by the handle and the opening doesn't line up, it's twisted. I bought this because of the handle (bad arthritis) and I have a hard time holding coolers without handle. Beautiful product, not user friendly.

Got a brumate cup approximately 3 months ago. The cup was washed according to the recommendations and the cup is peeling it’s paint. Apparently this is not covered and is the consumers issue. Poor quality and poor customer service. Will never buy or recommend

Incredible quality has already been established by others. The surprise was the phenomenal service by their customer service team. I lost the screw-in top to my Brümate - a few emails later and they shipped me a replacement. My matte black colour was out of stock so they (Erica) sent me a grey one instead…. At no cost to me! Above and beyond customer service. Very impressed!!

Ordered a few weeks ago, and paid for the extra parcel protection. Package is officially lost, says delivery was attempted by laser ship at 9pm when no delivery was ever attempted. Lasership is known to steal packages so I was glad I paid for the extra protection. But even with paying for the protection the company refuses to do anything. So now I’m out my money and cup. Buyer beware!

I ordered a Hopsulator slim! It has been 12 days and i still have not received it! Yet they are saying it’s not their fault! It’s basically mine because I didn’t purchase parcel protection! Like wth! Why spend more money! This was suppose to be a Father’s Day gift! And we’re going on 12 days of no product yet!!!
