Faulty Products and Awful Customer Service!!
I would give them zero start if I could. I purchased five different cups from this company and I've bad issues with all of them. I cup the handle came off, the magnet fell apart on two lids, and the finish peeled off.
Their policy is they will replace anything as long as you provide proof, but that is a lie. I provided pictures, and they refused to replace anything. All they were willing to do if offer me $10 off my next purchase.
This has to be the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life, and I will never purchase any of their products ever again.
You are better off buying cups from Otterbox, Yeti, or Owala.

Their customer service team is a joke. I was extremely disappointed in the quality of the product I received and the customer service team sent out a generic “we’re sorry to hear that” response.
Update (11/26/23): The company responded to my complaint on BBB and said they get a response from me and asked for another response. I went back to the email they sent me and explained my concerns and again received no response from the company.
Terrible customer service, shipping delays, inaccurate shipping estimates
Sept 25th Ordered $1300 worth of mugs for party favours for our wedding taking place Nov 8th. They were supposedly lost in shipping and despite a request to have a new order expedited with a 2 week deadline, this was completely missed without regard, forewarning or response from brumate other than a $140 refund for the inconvenience.
Despite having a great product the customer service is horrendous and our wedding guests recieved yeti mugs instead. Thanks for the headache and frustration brumate during an already chaotic time in our lives

Timeline of Events:
Sep 9, 2023 - Placed an order with an expected shipping date of ~Sep 30, 2023.
Oct 2, 2023 - Emailed BrüMate for an update; received only an automated response.
Oct 4, 2023 - Followed up due to no updates; requested a refund but received no reply.
Oct 6, 2023 - Emailed again for an update and a refund; received a templated email with no resolution.
Oct 10, 2023 - Finally informed that my order is "Awaiting Carrier Processing" and no refund could be provided.
Oct 17, 2023 - Informed by Passport Shipping that they are still awaiting the package from BrüMate.
Despite BrüMate Inc.'s advertised 3-5 business day shipping policy, and a specific promise for my pre-ordered items to ship around Sep 30, 2023, my order remains unfulfilled as of Oct 17, 2023. To add to this, their customer service has been non-responsive and dismissive, refusing to issue a refund or provide a clear solution.
This experience has been incredibly frustrating and serves as a poor reflection of consumer protection standards.

I loved Brumate products and until last week would promote them to all of my friends and family. I had never had an issue with an order but last week an order that I had with Brumate didn't arrive even though Brumate told me it did. I submitted an inquiry to customer service and almost a week later I have not gotten a response. I keep getting automated messages saying that "wait times are longer than normal" and that "the order was delivered" when in fact, it was not. There are so many stainless steel companies out there with great service. Sadly, I have to part ways with this company as they obviously are in over their head and don't care about their customers.

If I could give this company less than one star, I would do that immediately. Terrible service, emails go responded to for days/weeks. It took almost a month to even get my original order; upon receiving it one of the caps malfunctioned within ONE day - to this day, over 6 weeks later I do not have a functioning cap for my water bottle. No other way to connect with them other than email and even then, it is an extremely long time before a reply is received.

I didn’t receive my cooler ($400). I tried contacting them through Social media and their “contact support” (only e-mail). However, I didn’t receive any non-generic response with no solution but to CONTINUE waiting. I asked to cancel the order…ignored. One thing they did promptly though was charging me. This is one of these new typical companies that rely on social media and influencers lying and promoting them…. just junk with a fake brand.

I would not recommend this product “ROTERA 65 oz” because the cap has a defect. I’ve already gotten multiple cap replacements and the same thing keeps happening over and over again. The price is pretty high so I expect a good quality product, not one that keeps breaking on me. Every time I’ve gotten a replacement cap I have to wait a long time for the new one to ship so I haven’t even been able to use the bottle much. The first time I reached out to them they offered a replacement cap, I was still on time to return it then but o chose to give it another try, only for the same issue to happen again. Now my return window is closed and I’m stuck with a product that does not work and I lost the money I paid for it. I’ve tried to reach out to them multiple times and I don’t get an appropriate answer.

Ordered the 55 qt cooler as an anniversary gift for my husband. As soon as I clicked purchased, I remembered we get a discount through govx. So I ordered through them and tried to cancel my original order since it had been less than 24 hours from when I initially ordered. (I ordered on a Sunday evening and had to wait till Monday to hear back). They replied and said it was too late to cancel and I’d have to wait till I received the cooler and then I’d be responsible to return it - at my expense. The cooler has not even shipped out yet and there’s no way to cancel the order???? Awful customer service. I will reject both deliveries and dispute the charges now.
The Brumate cooler spout is IMPOSSIBLE…
The Brumate cooler spout is IMPOSSIBLE to get back together after cleaning. It took 45 minutes and two men to thread it properly and tight enough to get the spout working again. It shouldn’t be that hard! The threads have 1mm to be aligned correctly. There needs to be more thread room to make it easier to put back together. For the price paid, I definitely wouldn’t buy again nor recommend to friends.

So since their shipping is expensive I opted in. They sent me a clearance item selling for 17.50!! Not even close to the value they advertise and what's worse.is it was a horrible color no one would want and surely the reason it was on clearance. I reached out. It took them too long to answer and I got the "too bad so sad" and they reinforced that mytery items sales are final and non-returnable and no exchange..Not even if I paid postage. DO NOT REWARD THESE JERKS WITH YOUR BISINESS!!! Buy cheaper and better elsewhere!!!

I bought the 55 gallon cooler . The main reason I liked the tank in it for drinks. The spicket leaks and I cannot find any way to contact BruMate other than the website with no official form or phone number. They claim returns and warranty is easy but it’s truly not . Feels like a scam and these items are not cheap . I sent email but still waiting to hear back. They ask for information they never gave me also so buyer beware !!!
Great looks. Questionable materials
Great looking travel mug. The lid works well and has not leaked . I've owned the mug for 6 months. Paper thin metal. Once you drop your mug for the first time it will never be the same again. My mug is extra tippy from accidental drops. Should have made them with a higher quality metal.
Inside coating started peeling
Inside coating started peeling. Call customer service and they told me that due to their limited warranty they could do nothing. Their website says lifetime warranty, for what! No one could explain. Last brúmate product I will spend my money on. I have cheaper products that the coating has not peeled off.

Was very exited for my mug, but when i got it. It broke within 1 day. They are very poor quality. Wouldn’t recommend. They feel off. Very cheap material.
