Amazing customer care support when I accidentally ordered to pick up from the wrong location. My error was rectified by customer care staff within a couple of hours.

I ordered the Anisa dress in chocolate brown and absolutely love it! The material is very soft and has stretch. The ruching is really attractive as it sits lower on the hips and goes all the way around. I wore it to a big Thanksgiving dinner and it was a hit! Got many compliments and women wanting to know where I got it! I told them that the whole process was very easy, that I received it much quicker than I expected. I also ordered two in different sizes to see which one worked best. When I sent one back, I received a refund quite quickly. All in all very pleased with my experience and will definitely continue to purchase from Bronze Snake!

I ordered 5 pieces (all tops) online on Black Friday sale and they arrived at my door in 2 days. OMG I loved every single one of them. Thank you to your lovely team with amazing customer care and support. The quality is great and I recommended it to all my friends, even though they are famous and everyone already knows of them. Sent me the wrong items and then told me the item I had already bought in reality not in stock. Was told several different things by different customer service reps over a couple of days - all contradictory and confusing. I received an email saying the item was back in stock - it wasn’t. Only option to order the wrong size but with $15 Aus off 😂 … so poor. My refund did not arrive but was shrewd it had been sent, in reality it had been sent to someone else. Probably the person who received my item incorrectly. Issue remains unresolved at the time of this writing. I have no clothes and no refund.

I have purchased from bronze snake a couple of times and have found them to be fantastic! Beautiful clothing, fabulous materials and fast delivery. I had great service too when I needed to exchange my garment for a another size, all too easy and again quick delivery. Highly recommend.

I love your gear but sometimes your clothes run really small

The clothes are very pretty but they are very see tru and thin. It’s not worth it for the price!

The dress I ordered was a completely different colour to how it appeared online. When I tried to return it I was charged £13 for a Royal Mail label which is fraudulently high. Bronze snake should be required to state that returns are expensive. Avoid this retailer.

Am from Newcastle and popped into the store in Melbourne. Have been buying from Bronze Snake online for a while now but going into the actual store was something else! The staff are Amazing!! Super friendly and very helpful.

I love your clothes and I am obsessed with the reels you post, I would only suggest that in you reels the models say what size they are wearing as I am an 8 and bought a s/m but it was not as oversized as I would have liked but I still looooove it. I also would have ordered a size up in the jacket but I am obsessed with everything that I have purchased and will be shopping plenty more 🤗

verrrrry cheaply made clothes. designs are cute but thin and poor quality material. thank god i got items on sale but i still wish i could return it.

I really love the style and designs from bronze snake and have been following them for a while so when I saw they were having a sale I jumped at the opportunity. My clothes arrived yesterday and I was pretty disappointed by the quality. I love the styles still but I’m very relieved that I didn’t pay full price. Also one of my items arrived with a different brand name on it, called “Thanne”. It’s a bit fishy and seems like everything is from China.

Great service, the design is nice but could have been made better. Elastic waist pants and no shape just makes it look a little bit cheap. The material is super see-through. I would rather pay a little bit more and have better quality.

My daughter and I were so impressed by the level of service from both the beautiful Isabella’s today. They greeted us with a friendly welcome, offered helpful suggestions without being pushy, and made sure we left completely satisfied. They couldn’t do enough for us. Their attention to detail and genuine care really stood out. We purchased some beautiful outfits, and we’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you both. 😊

Terrible quality for the price point. Pants are see through, not lined. Won’t purchase again
