The company is super communicative, so easy to talk to and very proactive with solutions. My partner ordered my Christmas present off Bronze Snake which got lost in NZ post, everyone was really proactive about getting replacements sent when we found out about the package being lost. The clothes are perfect, trendy, comfortable and well made!

Bronze Snakes provides cool products and there’s a good energy around what they’re doing.

My parcel ended up being lost by Au post , however Bronze snake replied in a swiftly manner and was able to arrange a replacement for me ASAP. It wasn’t their fault however they reacted so swiftly and with amazing customer service! Very pleased! Thankyou !

Made my first purchase with BS recently! I brought two pairs of jean, in two different sizes, as I am in between sizes and wasn’t sure what size I would be. Package came quickly! I had to send a pair back to swap size, it was a smooth process, and again, the jeans were delivered quickly! Love these jeans and have moved from leggings to these as my staples! Will continue to purchase from here!

Being in the U.S. and ordering from Australia, my several online orders have gone smoothly. If you pay attention to each item’s DIFFERENT measurements, you can hit your sizes! With this said, I’ve ordered my usual Small, an item in Medium, and even a Large and all fit perfectly because of the attention to detail. Cute things, good quality, and decent shipping time, considering it’s international.

If I could give negative stars I would. I’ve never bought from you before but being persuaded by social media I thought I would. Products arrived quickly. 2 Nora sets ~ one in a 12 and one in a 10. The brown 12 was see through and smaller in size than the oat 10. Weird. I sent back the brown due to the fact you could see my knickers though the material. Oat one was fantastic!!! Loved it!! Hand washed it in cold and it shrank ALOT!!!! Have sent it back too. Already have the refund for that one. But the brown well that’s gone to VIC, back to WA, back to VIC and now it’s back in WA!!! I used the return label provided by bronze snake and posted it 3 weeks ago! Just give me the refund please. Unfortunately as a first time customer I won’t ever recommend or buy again. Shame as the clothes look great!

Your fashion has personality & your staff have personality. I love their little “what are they wearing today” clips. The girls are great. Your clothes have personality & are fun. Such a change from the high fashion of High St - Country Rd, Scanlan & Theodore & Seed etc, They have been around for too long. I don’t want to look like everyone else l want to dress to reflect my personality. I am in my 60’s so retired & like to dress casually but with an edge, This can be dressed up if you are younger. You showed me how great the relaxed look is & l love it. Plus it looks great on me. Out with the tighter pants. I just bought “Jay Denim Pant Dark Indigo” they look great on me. The quality is excellent too. A nice weight, sturdy but drapes nicely. I also bought the Maddie Pants Khaki. They are a lighter weight for hot weather. Love the colour. I was really pleased with the excellent quality of the 2 long sleeve & 2 short sleeve Tshirts. Love the colour combinations too. Looking for a low rise denim black or charcoal pants. Not much around. Going skiing in Canada for a few months. Will be looking for Winter gear when l get back. Cheers Diane
