Goods arrived fairly promptly were well packaged and in perfect condition. A bit expensive but that’s to be expected with Brompton items. Overall very happy.

The initial online experience was a bit of a pain. I didn’t spot that the colour determined delivery time as I entered my credit card and I needed it quickly. Despite spotting the issue straight afterwards, I ended up having to pay, cancel, reorder, pay again and await refund. Equally the AI chat channel was very frustrating. Now for the good news, when I finally got hold of the Brompton team (Julian - thank you) they couldn’t have been more helpful. Bike was sorted and arrived on time, no issues with the bike, which is wonderful. It is so well engineered (P line 4 speed electric).
So in short, if you want your bike quickly; it’s probably in Black or Red.

I booked for an annual service, but the collection couriers failed to pick up for three weeks, and the Brompton agent who is responsible for my case didn’t give me any useful help and assistance, even needed me to contact live chat to “push” the agent to get back to me. And even though, he refused to give me any help and compensation, didn’t answer my questions. I need to finally drop the bike off to an ups point far from home by myself, and no one contacted me with any resolution. I still need to pay for the subscription fee during this period of time, so I had really bad experience

The correct item was sent promptly and arrived in good time.

Brompton is great and was easy to assemble the seat post and I have been enjoying riding it since Wednesday. I did order the tool kit with the bike which hasn’t arrived yet. I have contacted Customer Services by email and am awaiting reply. It takes 72 hours for a reply so I have also contacted the delivery company. Hope it turns up soon. Other than that very happy with the bike and advice I received before purchasing.

I used to have an old C Brompton of some 10 years+ the new 12 speed P line is at a totally new level, unbelievably solid and responsive ride. Totally re-engineered. The 12 speed gives added versatility, gets me up the hills akin being on my 12 speed road bike. you almost forget that you are on 16 inch wheels. Totally different bike, stiff, solid and light. Great mix of steel, carbon fibre and titanium rear. Amazingly good and 12 gears what joy vs 3 speed suffering ! The super roll makes life so much easier getting on and off the train. I don't know why I didn't upgrade earlier!

My Brompton was repaired and returned to me in perfect condition and running silky smooth. Great service and i would definitely recommend a Brompton to anyone who wants a high quality product.

Bon produit, c'est le chaînon manquant entre un Brompton classique et un vélo traditionnel. Un peu lourd toutefois.

I recently ordered a G-Line bike, size M, forest green. It arrived only 2 days later, but that´s probably because it was shipped from the Netherlands to Germany. My boyfriend is a bromptonaut and he "made me get into the club". They are pretty pricey but I honestly really really love my bike and I think it is worth to get the G-line. As it has thicker wheels, it still feels comfortable to go over gravel and such.
We don´t drive cars, so we love to take the trains, the bikes can just be folded and pushed, so make sure to get the luggage carrier wheel system.

Just love this company. Use my electric brompton all the time (over 6 years now) but the main thing is the aftercare. I batter my bike daily in london and brompton picked it up and fixed all its problems for a very reasonable price compared to what I have been paying at bike mechanics. Excellent

Les vitesses ne passent pas et sautent constamment. Je n'ai pas eu le temps de me déplacer chez un revendeur bien que j'aurai aimé recevoir un Brompton "prêt à l'emploi".
