Brompton Bicycle Recenzje 

Ordered a bike online with a back rack, chose click & collect. Found out the rack doesn’t suit the 2026 model, which should’ve been flagged. The dealer I collected it at said it normally shows as an add-on option when ordering the bike (it didn’t. I went back to check the site and it doesn’t offer that option). Then the dealer told me that I actually have to take the not fitting rack with me to send it back myself. In addition, apparently because the dealer does not have anything to do with the Brompton website, he was obliged to tell me anything about my new bike. He was just supposed to send me on my way.

I tried to contact Brompton, but none of the chat options works.

Surely there must be a better way for Brompton to arrange the ordering and delivery process? Having known this I would’ve 100% bought the bike straight at the dealer, if it meant to at least have a pleasant start of receiving my Brompton.

The dealer had to order the correct bike rack separately and I’ve to go back again to have it installed.

So far I’ve just a bad aftertaste of the lack of service.

My replacement pedal was there in about two days. I’m back on the road!
