Great service. Our flight arrived early and at a separate terminal - our driver checked in to see when the flight arrived and adjusted to the different terminal (supposed to be at Heathrow terminal 3, instead we were at terminal 5, five miles away). Assisted with all of our luggage and got us to our VRBO in no time at all.

VERY DISAPPOINTED shows on the internet page all drivers wearing shirts smart dress and nice cars, you can get short sleeve shirts and trousers shorts. this wasn’t the case it was just a normal taxi and he drove fast. Would definitely NOT RECOMMEND

We are sorry to learn that the service did not meet your expectations.
We would, however, like to clarify a few points. When making a booking, customers have the option to choose either a Standard vehicle or an Executive vehicle. For this journey, a Standard vehicle was selected and charged accordingly. The vehicle provided was therefore in line with the service booked. All vehicles used for our Standard service are under five years old, are professionally licensed, and are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and safety.
Regarding the driver's attire, during the exceptional heatwave we are currently experiencing in July 2026, drivers who are working shifts of eight to nine hours are permitted to wear clean, neat, and weather-appropriate clothing. While we expect all drivers to present themselves professionally at all times, their comfort and wellbeing during periods of extreme temperatures must also be considered.
With respect to your comments about the driver's speed, all of our drivers are licensed and regulated by Transport for London and are required to comply with all applicable speed limits and road traffic regulations. We take any concerns relating to driving standards seriously and, as mentioned in our previous email correspondence, we have reviewed your comments accordingly.
We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue to review and improve our services.

Reliable and punctual
Been using BAT for years and they have never let me down. The one time there was a problem with their taxi they ordered me another one and kept me informed of the change in good time. There are cheaper alternatives but I don't mind paying a little extra for reliability, punctuality and comfort.

Baggage delays resolved
The taxi arrived to pick up my daughter at Heathrow in plenty of time. Unfortunately her bags were mislaid in delivery and the driver was asked to wait over 2 hours before my daughter finally appeared at the arrivals point. I was charged an overtime rate by the company which was reasonable and the taxi journey down to Devon was comfortable and uneventful. Many thanks to the driver for agreeing to wait for the extended period of time and for the comfortable ride. I will certainly continue to use this company for my families future travels.

We had booked transfer from the…Southampton Cruise port
We had booked transfer from the Southampton port to London Heathrow through British Airport Transfers when we were told the cruise could not accommodate us in time for our flight. Used the website to book online, was met by our driver Harry Charlie exactly when and where we needed. Arrived on approximately 90 minutes to LHR Airport. Our driver was personable and an great driver.

Driver was on time
Driver was on time, and drove very well in difficult road conditions, heavy rain and heavy traffic. Car was spacious, but not spotless with annoying slippery foot mats.

Regarding the floor mats, the heavy rain on the day meant that passengers entering and exiting the vehicle inevitably brought some water into the car, which can occasionally make the mats damp or slippery despite our drivers' efforts to keep vehicles clean and presentable throughout the day.

Driver was excellent but the Vito…
Driver was excellent but the Vito provided was a rubbish ride. I booked an estate car, but BAT never seem to provide these any more. They used to provide estate cars regularly in the past when ordered. Will look elsewhere for next holiday taxi.

Regarding the vehicle, the Mercedes Vito is actually an MPV and is larger than a standard estate car, offering more passenger and luggage space. When our regular customers book a larger vehicle, we will often allocate the largest suitable vehicle available where possible, as we believe this provides added comfort and convenience, particularly for airport journeys with luggage.
That said, we appreciate that some customers specifically prefer an estate car rather than an MPV. We're sorry that the vehicle provided did not meet your expectations on this occasion. If you choose to travel with us again, please let us know your preference when booking and we'll do our best to accommodate it, subject to availability.
