From ordering my curtains to receiving them no problems at all they are absolutely beautiful

Just received two of my three sets of curtains made by Britannia Rose. They are excellent quality and beautifully packaged. I am very happy with them and highly recommend Britannia Rose to everyone wanting quality curtains.

Fantastic items and service , highly recommended

We ordered 3 sets of curtains for our living room. The ordering process was easy and the curtains are beautiful. They are expensive but they are very well made. It makes a huge difference to the room to have high quality curtains that fit properly.

From ordering to delivery I was kept updated of my order

I received lovely made to measure curtains, tiebacks and cushion covers all finished to a high standard and very reasonably priced too. I would use this company again.

UPDATE - still very disappointed. Britannia Rose responded almost immediately to my negative review below on Trustpilot but 3 weeks later I'm still waiting for someone from senior management to contact me, despite having rang and emailed them several times. My only option now is to post another review in the hope they’ll respond 🙁
Order number ORD1505166. I’ve never ordered fabric online before but thought that Britannia Rose looked like a large and reputable company. I’d already ordered fabric samples from them and checked their returns policy which said that I had the right to return non-bespoke orders within 14 days, so I thought I was safe to order 24m of fabric. However when I realised that it wasn’t suitable for the room I had planned to use it in and contacted customer service regarding returns I was told that cut fabric was considered bespoke and couldn’t be returned. Very disappointed with their service - no response to emails. I’ve checked other fabric websites and they are very clear that fabric cut from a roll can’t be returned, However Britannia Rose is not clear about it - I assumed bespoke products were things like made-to-measure curtains and blinds. Won’t be using them again.

Website easy to use with instructions etc. Communication and feedback was excellent, gent on the phone easy to deal with.

This is the second time we have used Britannia Rose and we haven’t been disappointed. It is very easy to order online and the choice and quality of materials are very good. They have made an excellent job of my curtain’s and they package them perfectly without any creasing so they can be hung straight up. First class job and service. Very pleased. Thank you Britannia Rose.

I’ve used BR twice, and both times the service, price and product was spot on. I initially ordered a cushion to check that the colour and quality was what I wanted and I was not disappointed. I then ordered a pair of made to measure curtains which are fantastic. The measurements are spot on and the black out lining is of high quality. I have had my eye on ‘Voyage Maison’ fabrics for a while and was so glad that I could have them made to measure with matching cushions.

I did query production time and was updated immediately on the progress of the curtains. It took a few days ok get than original ally estimated but worth the wait.

Curtains are great and we'll made. Look great in our lounge. Despite problems with tge supplier ,which was beyond your control, you answered all of my questions promptly. Curtains arrived well packaged and very quickly once supply issues were resolved. Thank you very much.

Easy website to follow, easy to order sample wallpapers. Took perhaps longer to arrive than anticipated to say they were coming from within UK.
Gorgeous designs from Britannia Rose. But I need a heavy duty vinyl - hard wearing as it is needed for the hall stairs and landing and such vinyls are not available. Pity!
