Britannia Airport Transfer Recenzje 

We had a booking for 7am.
The driver assigned to me was Mr. Imran Afzal.

I have screenshots of my chats with the driver.
First and foremost the team on WhatsApp told me that he had been delayed due a accident on the road, whereas Mr. Imran told me that since the flight was slightly delayed (the flight landed at 638am which was still before the time i told
the driver to arrive by) the team assigned him for another job hence he got delayed.
I had been waiting at the space the team asked me to wait since 725am with my luggage and kid and waited since then coordinating with both the team on WhatsApp and the driver (who barely answered calls) and kept hearing the lies both said.

At 8am Mr. Imran told me he is walking towards me from the parking. At 810am the team asks me to walk towards level 4 instead with the kid and my luggage.
This was a totally unacceptable and unprofessional behaviour.
I also had a baby with me who was extremely cranky given that we had a late night flight and this just added to our misery.

This left me with no choice apart from leaving the airport in another taxi at 825pm.
I would never recommend them to anyone specially if u are travelling with a baby.

I booked a transfer for myself, two other women, and my 1-year-old baby — expecting professionalism, safety, and basic courtesy. While the driver arrived on time, that’s where the good part ended.

He was visibly impatient from the start, made no effort to help with our luggage, and treated us like an inconvenience rather than paying customers. His driving was aggressive and careless, which made us feel unsafe — especially with a baby on board.

To make matters worse, he took multiple wrong turns, extending the trip by over 40 minutes. When I questioned him, he denied any mistake, only to later admit his phone was dead and ask to use ours for GPS. This caused serious disruption to my carefully timed schedule around my baby’s feeding, and I ended up having to rush through the airport, pay for fast-track services, and deal with unnecessary stress.

When I complained to the company, their response was shockingly poor. Despite acknowledging the driver’s behavior and confirming he had been suspended, they offered only a 10% discount on a future trip — as if I’d ever use their services again. No refund, no real accountability.

This level of customer care is unacceptable. If something goes wrong, don’t expect proper support. I’m sharing this to warn other travelers — especially those with children — to look elsewhere for reliable, respectful service.

Avoid this company.

I ordered and pre-paid including a child seat. There was no child seat. I have tried to discuss with BAC and have been passed from "pillar to post". Nobody cares and wants to take responsibility.

I had a terrible experience with Britannia Taxis recently. They were an hour and a half late, which completely disrupted my schedule. To make matters worse, they sent the wrong size car, which couldn't accommodate my needs. The worst part was that they thought it was acceptable to leave one person in our group stranded in the middle of nowhere and refused to do anything about it. This level of service is unacceptable.DO NOT USE THEM.

Booked through minicabit who assigned Britannia Airport Transfer. The taxi came 1 hour later than booked. Apparently one driver had a breakdown and another had to come. However, when I phoned at 9:30, the time of the booking, they said the driver was 11 minutes away and so was already running late. Then I phoned after 15 minutes and they said the drive was still on his way. By then he was already 25 minutes late. I then phoned again and they told me the driver had broken down.

Breakdowns happen but the communication was terrible and they seemed primarily focussed on keeping my booking so they could get the fare rather than provide a service. I have had good experience with minicabit in the past but if I see this is the provider in the future I will be running to find an alternative provider because of the behaviour of the dispatch team.

I cannot fault my driver. He was lovely, professional and a safe driver. I hope he can find fares with other companies so that he is not tainted by the unprofessionalism of the dispatch team.
