Excellent service

We bought the mirror for our daughter but the lights did nok work. Bright Beauty Vanity sent a new mirror before we returned it and our daughter received a new one two days after. We are very satisfied!!

Ogledalo sa svjetlima

Narudžba je stigla jako brzo, kroz par dana, lijepo zapakirano, neoštećeno, sve odlično. Obaviještena porukom kad je narudžba poslana, pratila ju i stigla jako brzo.

Sehr gutes Produkt und kundenorientiert

Ich habe die hohe Spiegelkommode bestellt und zum genannten Liefertermin erhalten - wunderschönes Produkt! Leider war die unterste Schublade beschädigt und ich hatte PC Probleme, die Bilder zu versenden. Der Kundenservice hat mich dennoch unterstützt und einige Tage danach wurde mir Ersatz geschickt, der unversehrt angekommen ist.
Ich kann das Unternehmen sowie deren Produkte weiter empfehlen. Preis Leistung ist sehr gut sowie schnelle Lösung bei Problemen.

Prachtig Mooie spiegel make up tafel met spiegel en los bijpassende bankje gekocht.
Wow erg snel geleverd , dag na bestelling. Bij uitpakken bleek er wat beschadigd te zijn. Na schadeformulier ingevuld te hebben ,Kreeg na goedkeuring gelijk een nieuw exemplaar en ook dit werd zonder problemen opnieuw binnen een dag geleverd. Top service , snel geleverd en mooie producten 👌🏻👍🏻

J’ai reçu la table cassée mais celle-ci…

J’ai reçu la table cassée mais celle-ci a tout de suite était remplacée. Le SAV est top et réactif et que dire de la coiffeuse elle est sublime je vous conseille de l’acheter elle est encore plus belle que sur les photos et le miroir LED est incroyable. Je suis très contente vous pouvez commander le site est fiable à 110%

Produit défectueux + remboursement refusé

J’ai acheté un miroir Bright Beauty Vanity en mai 2025 et j’ai rencontré de gros problèmes :
• Premier miroir : ampoule qui ne fonctionne plus et luminosité bloquée.
• Deuxième miroir : arrivé cassé.
• Troisième miroir : ampoule qui ne fonctionne toujours pas malgré toutes mes tentatives de dépannage.

J’ai proposé de renvoyer tous les articles pour permettre au vendeur de vérifier les défauts, mais il a refusé et ne veut toujours pas me rembourser, alors que le produit est encore sous garantie légale.

Je ne recommande pas ce produit et je déconseille ce vendeur. C’était un cadeau que j’ai reçu pour mon anniversaire vraiment pas cool !!!

Nous prenons chaque réclamation au sérieux, mais votre avis ne représente pas fidèlement la réalité de la situation.

Vous avez signalé un problème d’éclairage et demandé un remboursement immédiatement, avant que nous ayons la possibilité de vous apporter une assistance. Après vous avoir envoyé deux séries d’instructions, le problème a été entièrement résolu — confirmant qu’aucun défaut n’était présent.

Par la suite, vous avez présenté d’autres réclamations, dont l’une est techniquement impossible compte tenu de la construction électrique du produit, suivies à chaque fois de nouvelles demandes de remboursement. Cela montre que l’objectif était principalement d’obtenir un remboursement plutôt que de résoudre un véritable problème produit.

Pour ces raisons, votre avis ne reflète pas correctement ce qui s’est réellement passé. Nous restons disponibles pour vous aider dans un cadre d’échange transparent et factuel.

Acquisto fallito, comunque molto cari!

Allora io neanche ho acquistato, visti i prezzi altissimi non ho rischiato, volevo acquistare ho mandato due mail e neanche hanno risposto , volevo solo chiedere se un prodotto poteva essere acquistato senza specchio!! Figurarsi spediscono chissà con chi senza precauzione e questi mobili arrivano distrutti inutile sostituirli arriverebbe distrutto anche il secondo e considerando che non rispondono neanche a chi vuole delucidazioni per acquistare figurati se dopo che hanno incassato ruspi sono a chi ha il problema!!!
Il sito non ha molte opzioni e non è chiaro!
