Very poor customer service… our mirror stopped working and we contacted them immediately- they advised a few different ways to fix the problem but it didn’t work. I was reassured they would sort it but that never happened. As they are very lax in responding to the emails- I did call to see if the problem could be rectified and they didn’t like that - they don’t want phone contact. This is the response I got from them… appalling!!
“Also I understand that you keep contacting our customer service. The customer care is for customers that need help, since you are already helped in the correct form communicating with the correct department there is no need to contact customer care. If you contact our customer care again we will charge €75 per contact moment.”
In short we wouldn’t recommend this company- they don’t look after their customers.

(Awful customer service)Got the narmira rotating mirror and while still under warranty started to have a problem that it was flashing all of the time doesn’t matter if it was off or on it still flashed ,contacted customer service whom were very rude and unhelpful and done nothing to resolve the problem I really liked the mirror up until the problem occurred but will definitely not be buying a replacement off them and would encourage others to also look elsewhere

Entregaram-me um espelho partido no mês de Abril, desde então estou a tentar resolver o assunto sem sucesso. A última mensagem que enviei foi no dia 12 de maio desde então ainda não obtive resposta.

Jeg modtager aldrig et tilbud fra jer om forlig, og I træffer alene en beslutning uden min accept af beløbets størrelse. I vælger selv at returnere sølle 75 kr. og antager at vi er nået til enighed, hvorefter I lukker sagen, velvidende at jeg aldrig har accepteret dette. Jeg fastholder derfor min ret til at returnere spejlet i henhold til jeres returret, som indeholder gratis returnering af spejle, men denne vil I nægte én at gøre brug af med jeres mange undskyldninger og herefter bliver der ikke længere svaret på ens henvendelser.

Je n'ai reçu ma commande que partiellement. La livraison initiale n'a pas été respectée par l'entreprise de livraison. J'ai programmé la livraison une seconde fois puis une troisième fois pour enfin recevoir 1 colis. C'est là que j'ai compris qu'il y avait 3 colis et qu'il fallait reprogrammer la livraison de chacun des colis. C'est inadmissible
